My name is Hafiz Muhammad Haroon, and my father's name is Muhammad Arshad Mahmood. I belong to Hasilpur, District Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan. I am a hardworking, responsible, and self-motivated individual who believes in honesty, discipline, and continuous learning. I always try to complete my responsibilities with dedication and maintain a positive attitude in every situation. I have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, along with Data Entry, Record Management, Customer Dealing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Operations. I enjoy interacting with people, solving customer problems, and providing excellent customer service. Talking about my educational background, I completed my Matriculation from Rahi Model High School. After that, I completed my Intermediate from Government Associate College Hasilpur. To continue my higher education, I completed my Associate Degree Program (ADP) from Superior Group of Colleges Hasilpur. Along with my formal education, I also completed Hifz-e-Quran and studied Dars-e-Nizami. This educational journey helped me develop discipline, honesty, patience, respect, and responsibility, which I believe are very important qualities in both my personal and professional life. Regarding my professional experience, I started my career as a Data Management Specialist at Al-Maida Pizza Shop, where I managed records and maintained accurate reports. After that, I worked as a Senior Data Entry Clerk at Al-Mashhoor Cloth House. My responsibilities included managing business records, handling large amounts of data, maintaining accurate reports, and completing tasks within deadlines. Most recently, I worked as a Sales Executive at Scope Marketing – Park View City Lahore. My responsibilities included cold calling, lead generation, customer dealing, explaining products and services, maintaining customer relationships, following up with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role greatly improved my communication, confidence, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. My strengths are honesty, a positive attitude, discipline, strong communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and dedication to my work. I always believe that every challenge is an opportunity to learn, improve, and grow professionally.
