PETITION FOR ADDING MECHANICAL STREET SWEEPING TO SAN FRANCISCO We, the undersigned, call on The Department of Public Works, Bureau of Street Environmental Services (BSES) to regularly, mechanically sweep with truck mounted sweeper the following street(s): NAME OF STREET TO BE SWEPT: ______________________________________ FROM (STREET): __________________________ TO (STREET): _______________________________ We understand that “No Parking / Street Cleaning” signs would be installed stating a parking restriction to allow access for sweeper. Department of Parking & Traffic would enforce restriction by issuing citations. BSES is looking for a majority (50%+1) of residents and businesses to be affected by street sweeping service to sign petition with address and contact information. BSES has final decision on approval of petitioned request pending various factors.
