Rawson House Whitepaper(lite) Rawson House Whitepaper(lite) Abstract: Rawson House facilitates the creation, listing and sale of rarefied metaverse specific NFTs. Cross chain interoperability will allow for all listed pieces to be utilised within major existing metaverse games. Rawson house realizes that initial fee barriers can deter many perspective NFT acquisitions. Rawson House believe launching on the Binance Smart Chain will circumvent this and owners will then be able to bridge their assets to multiple token standards as desired. 2 Rawson House Whitepaper(lite) Table of Contents 4- Vision 5- Tokenomics 6- Acquisition parameters 7- Interoperability model 8- Dao transition outline 3 Rawson House Whitepaper(lite) Vision: Rawson House intends to be the premier destination for people to acquire metaverse compatible NFT projects. The functionality of Rawson House will subsist initially of the following: - Collections will be listed based on our acquisition parameters - Users will make purchases using the native currency (Rawson Coin) - The proceeds of the purchase will then be burnt forever - This will create infinite deflationary pressure on the supply Coupled with this, Rawson House will be allowing creators to complete a private KYC verification and subsequently list their pieces directly, our native currency will still be used for purchases. Too offset the potential price differential generated by someone selling tokens after a successful sale. The 6% Auto LP adding transaction tax, utilised in conjunction with strategic buy backs from the designated wallet, will ensure stable price action long term. Rawson House intends to transition to a DAO model once the platform is functioning and the community is suitably large enough. This will look similar to a proof of stake model whereby users with a certain percentage stake in the network will be able to vote as a collective on which collections to acquired and list. Our interoperability model will allow multiple token standards to be acquired and listed just the same as BEP721, with bridging available in any direction. 4 Rawson House Whitepaper(lite) Tokenomics: Total Supply is 15 000 000 Ten percent burn is equal to 1 500 000 Max Wallet is 2 % Max Transaction is 1% Tokenomics are a simple transaction-based tax system, 6% added to LP, 6% to the Treasury Wallet for collection acquisition, 3% to the buyback wallet designed to absorb sell pressure. The marketplace will rely on Rawson Coin for any and all listing or sales fees. Any collections listed by Rawson House and subsequently sold, all proceeds generated from these sales will be permanently burnt, creating infinite deflationary pressure on the token. The bridging of assets will also incur a slight Rawson House fee, which will be burned permanently also. The transition to a proof of stake model will see a staking system implemented designed to secure the network and demonstrate voting rights. 5 Rawson House Whitepaper(lite) Acquisition Parameters: Rawson House will be focusing on a number of elements when considering acquiring a collection for sale on site. - Exclusivity: Creators and collections will need to be scarcely available and of the highest quality - Metaverse Compatibility: All pieces regardless of their native chain will need to be compatible with our bridges and by association major Metaverse platforms - Potential price appreciation: There will need to be an underlying catalyst/driving factor for price appreciation in order to maintain the consistent price appreciation model of Rawson House - Private KYC: will be conducted between artist and Rawson House to ensure authenticity of work for larger, more costly listings as well as direct listings - The Community: The opinions of the community will be integral to our listing process also 6 Rawson House Whitepaper(lite) Interoperability: Being able to bridge and utilise assets across various chains allows for access to a multitude of liquidity pools, whilst also supporting and facilitating the trading of different NFT assets for one another, regardless of native chain. This mechanism is known as cross-chain transaction/cross chain swap or Atomic Swap. This allows non-native assets to become interoperable on other blockchains and the straightforward trading of cryptographic assets. These transactions function by the smart contract allowing users to access one another’s specific asset. If both parties meet the conditions set by the smart contract, within the allotted time frame, the transaction is executed. An example of this would-be users exchanging a DegenApe on Solana for a CryptoPunk on Ethereum. Rawson House will list metaverse specific NFTs from multiple native chains; also providing a bridging service so that any purchased assets may be transferred, via a form Atomic Swap, to become interoperable on any blockchain and all current major metaverse platforms. 7 Rawson House Whitepaper(lite) DAO Future Transition: Rawson House intends to transition to a public DAO model after the community is established and contractual model is proven to be functional and sufficient. To this end we envision a community able to acquire its own listings, via proof of stake consensus and using the associated multi-sig Treasury Wallet. Once sold, the proceeds generated from such a listing will be burnt forever by controlling smart contracts, decreasing supply and increasing price-per unit of Rawson Coin. The buyback wallet will be automated too, with the community voting on its use via consensus and multi sig wallet again, to offset any sell pressure incurred via creators trading Rawson Coin after selling a piece/collection. This model will prove to cause sustainable long term price appreciation due to the nature of the supply, combined with the relevant transaction taxes and proof of stake consensus models. 8
