GULF WATER RV RESORT SCOPE OF WORK: Services provided in the estimate costing for a minimal of (75) units 1. Provide all brand requested pedestals as per email sent from Gulf Waters RV 2. Provide all additional material needed to make repairs and corrections for new pedestals 3. Re-supporting the water lines, cable boxes, internet phone boxes with pressure treated lumber 4. Provide on-site storage unit to house all materials during the project 5. Provide daily trash removal to keep community clean or orderly 6. Provide a service called “Hydro excavation” through Badger Daylighting Inc. 7. Provided each “unit owner” documentation, pictures of before/ during/ post pedestal replacements for insurance purposes and warranty 8. All permitting cost are included, Inspections will be scheduled by CoHar Electric LLC 9. All Labor is included for each unit ” Benefits of “Hydro excavation” through Badger Daylighting Inc.” 1. We would remove all dirt/soil from around the existing pedestals without damaging water lines, sewer lines, cable and internet/phone lines and FPL feeder lines 2. This will allow a minimal footprint of landscape/paver disturbance that will lower the cost of repairing landscaping by others 3. The dirt/soil that will be disturbed will be removed from site due to possible unknown contamination from open sewer lines exposed at ground level in close proximity to the pedestals and RV units. (we have included replacement soil to fill holes) 4. This process allows us to excavate and install up to (75) units in a two week period or possibly (300) units in a two month period starting the day of commencement Exclusions: 1. A minimum of (75) unit sign up is required for us to honor this estimate and scope 2. All finish landscaping and repairs by others 3. All additional electrical items on each site can be reconnected with additional cost per NEC code if requested by owner. These additional items will be done after the pedestal project is completed as a whole for the community 4. Any units looking to relocate their pedestal to a new location will be subject to FPL approval and FPL timeframe constraints. “will cause delay in power being restored” 5. After “Hydro excavation” through Badger Daylighting Inc. any pre-existing damage to the current underground infrastructure due to Hurricane Ian or age will be documented and will required additional fees to repair if repairs are needed This scope of work is legally bound to only the estimate number stated above.
