We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our marketing team at one of the fastest-growing retail D2C companies in the US. Mott & Bow is a denim and apparel company. We boast over 30 years of experience in our industry and are poised to distinguish ourselves in the D2C & e-commerce industry as the main powerhouse for denim & apparel in the next few years. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role has experience growing and scaling a digitally native brand via specific growth channels (paid media/acquisition). You must be quick and agile, have exceptional analytical skills and be able to identify high-leverage opportunities that maximize growth. You must be passionate about immersing yourself in the data and leading the day-to-day execution. Qualifications: ● 4+ years of relevant experience with DTC eCommerce, paid acquisition, marketing analytics, and/or web platforms (Shopify preferred) ● Experience with Paid Channels, mostly with Facebook ads ● Strong cross-functional skills and experience working with design/creative and analytics teams ● Analytical mindset and data-oriented approach to solving problems and finding new solutions. ● Experience with AB testing. ● Analytical, data-driven decision-maker Key Responsibilities: ● Support paid digital channels growth, including Facebook Ads, Google paid search, YouTube, TikTok with the goal of growth and maximizing ROAS ● Identify opportunities and implement marketing funnels and strategies to drive our brand’s direct-to-consumer growth ● Utilize a data-driven approach to run marketing experiments, implement attribution models and KPIs/reporting systems to support marketing decisions ● Assist in channel optimization via creative testing, CRO, targeting refinement, and validate new channel opportunities ● Collaborate with the team to optimize efficiency in all aspects of advertising and content creation using established processes and procedures Additional Info: ● 100% remote work. ● Only CV's in English and in PDF format will be reviewed ● Job Types: Full-time, Contract ● Salary: $3,000 to $5,000 USD per month depending on qualifications and experience To apply, please send your resume to: [email protected] (Subject line: Growth - (Your Name)
