A small map provided by the gallery guides visitors through the scenes. The performance unfolds continuously within a three-hour time frame. Kruip wrote scenarios describing reoccurring scenes in public space. These moments were re- staged by actors on the same spot, amid the ordinary events usually seen at that place. As the scenes unfolded, the audience did not know which parts were acted and what was simply happening. While Kruip scripted some parts and staged the entire location, the stage itself was porous: acted roles merged with daily routines, which came to be viewed with the heightened concentration usually reserved for looking at art.
