While I prefer to write a n encouraging evaluation, however it is with such regret th at the former ’s delinquency and lack of discipline tremendously overweigh the latter. • Misled the Lead Business Owner / Employer onto a false enterprising partnership • Plagiarized the business plan materials and exploited it as his own. This is an act of Conflict of Interest , which has coincided with the business’s linear objective. • Harass ment, abuse, work - place bullying occurred with his recurring toxic behavior. • Negligently responsible for the difficulties faced during a large project by not being present and in duty through out the planning, mobilization and development phases Th e clear project abandonment extent as deliberate negligen ce from the E mployee , r esulting business to incur unnecessary losses i n time and finance (RM 8,500). (RM 1,250). • Deliberately f ail ed to comply with attempts to reconcile and amend the breaches. • Continously harass and torment the former Employer no longer involved with him.
