DÉCOR: The Hirer may only install Décor with the authorisation of Venue Management. No tape, Blue-Tack, pins etc., can to be attached to painted surfaces. The Hirer must remove all authorised decor immediately upon completion of the Hire Period. If this does not occur, the cost of removal will be on-charged to the Hirer. PERFORMING RIGHTS: The Hirer indemnifies Venue Management and CoGG against any claim for breach of copyright. It is recommended that the Hirer contact the Australian Performing Rights Association (APRA) and The Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA) to discuss this matter. HOUSE SEATS: Venue Management may require a small number of complimentary seats to be made available at each performance for use by representatives or Sponsors of Courthouse Youth Arts. BREACHES: Venue Management and/or CoGG reserve the right to terminate the Contract of Hire and expel any and all persons associated with the Hirer due to any breach of a Condition of Hire or any misconduct by the Hirer, their patrons or other associates. The Hirer will also be liable for any costs incurred by breaching our Conditions of Hire..
