Insight Intern Department: Insights Office: London Who are BAMM BAMM is a global insights agency with offices in NYC and London. We use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to help some of the world’s global brands to understand their consumers and drive their businesses forward through creative, visually-led outputs. Our clients include: Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Shell, HSBC, Movember, Wikipedia, Facebook, Mercedes-Benz. Are you the person we’re looking for? BAMM is looking for a curious and passionate person to join our small insights team for a 3 month internship. As an Intern at BAMM, you’ll be expected to support the insights team on various UK and global projects. It might sound like a cliche, but no day is the same at BAMM. You could be working on anything from cracking 50+ audience needs for a travel brand, to understanding the meaning of ‘protection’ in an emerging market for a FMCG brand. At your level, we’re not expecting you to have years and years of practical experience. What is more important to us is an interest - and a natural flair - for what we call the ‘big three’: culture, brands and people. So if you’re looking for the chance to develop your insight chops and work with some of the world’s largest brands, then this might be the job for you. Specific Offer ○ London Living Wage ○ Set up on PAYE (therefore paid monthly) ○ Any time off is deducted from pay What it’s like working at BAMM As part of the insights team at BAMM, you’ll work alongside our qualitative, quantitative, creative team (photography and videography) and project management team. Summed up in three elements our culture is: Flat: At BAMM we take pride in fostering a culture where everyone’s opinion matters: whether you’re the most junior on the team or most senior. Continually improving: At BAMM we’re committed to growing and developing our employees. To do this we foster a culture of ‘continuous improvement’ where we’re constantly giving and getting feedback from one another to ensure we’re making our work better every single day. Can do: As a team we may be small, but we’re hard-working and hands-on so it’s essential that you’re willing to roll your sleeves up and muck-in. Consistent 9-5: The reality of agency life is that some weeks can be fast-paced and busy, and others can be quieter. You’ll also occasionally be required to take part in fieldwork out of hours. This means that if you’re looking for a job that will end bang on five every day, it might not be the right fit for you.
