Sono d’utilizzo monouso, dopo il suo utilizzo in ambienti contaminati vanno smaltite in modo opportuno. La semimaschera filtrante copre naso e bocca e si compone di diversi materiali filtranti stratificati oltre agli elastici per l’applicazione al volto. L’aria inalata viene filtrata dalla superfice intera della semimaschera. La perdita totale è dovuta a penetrazione del filtro e difetti di tenuta su viso e naso, che le semimaschere filtranti AX-KF95 evitano al massimo grazie al miglior adattamento possibile del prodotto all’anatomia del volto. Grazie alla loro tecnologia filtrante multistrato, anche la resistenza respiratoria resta bassa e la respirazione non è ostacolata dalle particelle catturate nel filtro. I materiali utilizzati per comporre parte filtrante sono: Ply1: 50 g di tessuto non tessuto; Ply2: 25-30 g di tessuti non tessuti o 40-45 g di cotone ad aria calda; Ply 3: 25 g di tessuti soffiati a fusione- Meltblown; Ply 4: 25-30 g di tessuti non tessuti. Queste semimaschere, progettate e realizzate secondo standard GB2626-2006 KN95 sono paragonabili alla semimaschere che rientrano nella normativa EN 149:2009 FFP2, quindi adatte per gli scopi e funzioni normati nella stessa. La semimaschera NON fornisce ossigeno, non è utilizzabile in atmosfere contenenti meno del 20% di ossigeno. La protezione delle vie respiratorie è efficace unicamente se il prodotto è correttamente indossato e utilizzato per tutto il periodo di esposizione dell'utilizzatore ai contaminanti per le vie respiratorie. La produzione delle semimaschere è sottoposta al controllo interno della produzione unito a prove del prodotto sotto controllo interno effettuate ad intervalli casuali. Prima del confezionamento finale vengono verificate da preposti interni, identificati come ispettori, e se passano il controllo viene inserito certificato di prodotto. Il fabbricante prende tutte le misure necessarie affinché il processo di fabbricazione e il suo controllo garantiscano l'omogeneità della produzione e la conformità dei prodotti fabbricati. La semimaschera potrebbe non assicurare una sufficiente tenuta facciale in presenza di determinate caratteristiche fisiche (ad esempio barba, baffi non contenuti nel profilo della semimaschera o ampie basette), in quanto potrebbero esserci perdite maggiori rispetto a quelle analizzate per la normativa. L’utente si assume ogni rischio di lesione che potrebbe eventualmente conseguirne. Per permettere il loro uso corretto sono obbligatorie l’informazione, la formazione e l’addestramento dei lavoratori. I materiali che vengono a contatto con la pelle dell’utilizzatore non sono causa di reazioni allergiche nella maggior parte delle persone. Non utilizzabile con sistemi/modalità ad aria assistita. Non utilizzabile per la protezione respiratoria contro contaminanti atmosferici che hanno una soglia olfattiva bassa, sconosciuti, che presentano un immediato pericolo per la vita o la salute, o contro contaminanti che generano alte temperature nelle reazioni con materiali filtranti. Selezionare una protezione adeguata/aggiuntiva quando esposti a scintille e/o fiamme. Non utilizzabile in ambienti potenzialmente esplosivi. Non utilizzabile come dispositivo di fuga. Non usare impropriamente, non alterare, non modificare o riparare il prodotto in alcun modo.
