Conference Room Reservation Policy All conference rooms are meant to be used for the public and shared amongst the public at their greatest convenience. They were intentionally designed as group meeting spaces. We have many tables throughout our facility that are perfect for studying, working remotely, and have small group meetings. If you are looking for a private meeting space, Remnant can be a great match for you! - If someone would like to use a conference room while visiting the Remnant, they can ask the baristas or the event manager. If there is no reservation in the conference room, then they are able to use it until the time of the next reservation or for 4 hours, whichever occurs first. Hours do not rollover to the next reservation occurrence. - Schedules of reservations are posted on the iPad outside the conference room doors. They are also viewable on the Remnant website calendar. - If someone would like to reserve a conference room ahead of time, they can do so for free to guarantee their time via the request form on the Remnant website. - Unpaid Reservations: a. Reservations have a four hour maximum on weekdays, and three hours on Saturdays. Conference rooms are not available for reservations on Sundays. b. The person/group/organization reserving the space can make a reservation for a maximum of 3 days per calendar month. If a person/group/organization would like to reserve for more time, they will have to pay to reserve the rooms. c. In order to process reservations, please submit a request at least 24 hours in advance. Day-of requests are not accommodated; all conference rooms are available first come first served when the rooms are not otherwise reserved. d. If a person/group/organization wants to rent the conference room for a four hour maximum time period for more than three consecutive weeks (i.e. three consecutive Wednesdays), any more than those 3 occurrences would need to be paid. e. Conference Rooms are not available on Sundays. - Paid Reservations: a. Pay $10 for every hour of use that exceeds the standard 3 days per month at 4 hours maximum per day. b. All after hours reservations have separate rates. Contact management for after-hours inquiries. - If a person/group/organization does not have a reservation, they do not have a right to their desired space. The only way to be guaranteed the space is through making a reservation. This policy is to keep the conference rooms available for the public to use and be shared at the greatest possible convenience. If someone wants to take the conference room away from the public for a large period of time, it must be reserved and paid to maintain fairness and make up for losses. As of 12/1/2020
