Please ensure your stall remains open until 2pm unless you have sold out of stock. • DOCUMENTATION – All s tallholder s must possess Public Liability Insurance and enclose a copy of the ir relevant insurance certificate . Food businesses should also be registered with their local authority and provide a copy of their Food Hygiene certification. Please also supply details if you are a member of any additional A ssurance or C ertification scheme s • ELECTRICITY – No electrical sockets should be used without the express permission of the organisers in advance . All appliances should be PAT tested and a ny extension cables used must be equipped with a circuit breaker. • GDPR – Stallholder data will be retained by the organisers for the purposes of organising and promoting the event (including social media) , and will not be passed to any third parties ; except for trading standards or food hygiene purposes. • INSPECTIONS – S talls may be inspected by the organisers, environmental health or trading standards officers without prior notice. • LABELLING – A ll items should have the appropriate labelling as legislated. Prices of your products should be clearly displayed. • LAYOUT – Stalls are allocated by the organisers Please notify us of any specific requirements. Multiple stalls will be adjoining unless notified otherwise. • OUTDOOR SPACE – A limited amount of outdoor trade space is available . P lease contact us in advance • PARKING – Stallholder parking is located at the venue (PE 10 9DX ) as directed • PAYMENT – All stalls must be booked in advance. Bookings are secured following 1) Booking forms & documents have been submitted, 2) The invoice has been issued, & 3) Full payment has been received. The p ayment of an invoice constitutes full acceptance of these te rms & conditions. • PRODUCE - W herever possible all produce should be locally produced, not bought or repackaged. We encourage stallholders to stock organic, vegan and free - from produce wherever possible. • REFUNDS – Stall bookings are non - refundable. • STALL CL EANING – S tallholders are required to maintain a tidy working area. Any stallholders producing a high volume of litter are requested to provide their own cleaning measures. • SUB - LETTING – N o sub - letting of stalls is permitted. • TABLES – A limited number of 6ft trestle tables are available to hire from the organisers and must be booked in advance. All other stallholders are responsible for providing their own table(s). H ire tables are numbered and recorded to prevent theft. • TABLE DRESSINGS – S tallholders are invited to supply their own choice of table dressing for their stall. • WEATHER – Bourne Leisure Centre is an all - weather venue.
