Minimum Criteria for the successful completion of the challenge Individual ✔ Minimum 20 qualifying activities during challenge period. Same activity can be repeated throughout the challenge. ex. One can walk/run for all/any 20 days during the competition period (minimum 30 minutes a day), spread across different days during the whole challenge. Any activity or multiple activities can be done in a day. ✔ Minimum 3 Activities per week ✔ Only one activity per person will be counted in a day to meet the minimum criteria. Team ✔ Minimum 60 qualifying activities during the whole challenge ✔ Minimum 10 Activities per week ✔ Minimum 40 hrs. of activity in total ✔ Minimum 10 Activities per member ✔ Only one activity per person will be counted in a day to meet the minimum criteria. Physical activity points Points are based on the actual time spent on fitness activity. Formula would be Points Earned = Minutes spent on activity x factor*. Maximum minutes per week are 1200 (20 hrs) (including all activities done). Team’s points will be the sum of all player’s points (Any bonus points earned by player/s, will not be clubbed into Team’s points). One player can contribute a maximum 2500 points for the team in a week.
