Hotel check-in available at 3:00 PM. Oct.13 Welcome Reception and Group Dinner this evening at 6:00PM. Friday, Morning canal boat tour of Amsterdam. Cruise the canals past 17th century townhouses Oct. 14 from Holland’s Golden Age. A tour of the Van Gogh Museum this afternoon for those who wish to partake. Lunch and dinner on your own. Saturday, A visit to Ann Frank’s house this morning - See where this brave young girl and her Oct. 15 family hid from the Nazi’s for two years. Afternoon and evening free to explore and shop. Lunch and dinner on your own today. Sunday, Morning departure from Amsterdam to Bruges. Arrival in the fairytale town of Bruges in Oct. 16 the afternoon. Group dinner tonight in the historic Duc De Bourgogne restaurant. Lunch on your own. Monday, Morning canal tour of Bruges. Afternoon and evening at leisure – Plenty of time to get Oct. 17 acquainted with the art & history, and to sample the many museums, shops and famous pubs. Lunch and Dinner on your own. Tuesday, Leisure day in Bruges. If you’re interested, you can schedule an optional daylong tour Oct.18 to the Flanders Fields battle sites of WWI or take a day trip to nearby Ghent. But there is plenty to keep you busy in Bruges as well. Lunch and Dinner on your own. Wednesday, Morning departure to Normandy with a stop in the French cathedral city of Rouen. Oct. 19 Afternoon arrival in Bayeux, base camp for exploring the D-Day beaches and the Norman Countryside. This afternoon we’ll treat you to a tour of the famous “Bayeux Tapestry”. Lunch and dinner on your own today. Thursday, Day excursion from Bayeux to the completely restored walled city of St Malo, the Oct. 20 former lair of pirates, then on to the unforgettable island abbey of Mont Saint Michel. This thousand-year-old shrine is the second most visited place in France. Lunch and dinner on your own today. Friday, Full day tour of D-Day beaches: Omaha Beach, Utah Beach, Point du Hoc and the Oct. 21 American Military cemetery. Our tour guide will be the internationally renowned D-Day expert, Rudy Passera. Picnic lunch provided during the tour. Dinner on your own tonight in Bayeux. Saturday Morning departure from Bayeux to Paris, with an afternoon visit to Claude Monet’s Oct. 22 home and gardens at Giverny. Arrival in Paris late afternoon. Lunch and dinner on your own. Sunday, Leisure day to explore Paris. For those new to Paris, I’ll do an orientation walking tour Oct. 23 of the Right Bank in the morning. Tonight, we’ll enjoy a sumptuous dinner aboard the river boat “Calife” as we cruise the Seine, sailing past the Illuminated monuments and palaces. Lunch on your own today. Monday, Free day in Paris. For those who are new or simply interested, I’ll do a morning walking Oct. 24 tour of the Left Bank. Lunch and dinner on your own today. Tuesday, Last day in Paris and there’s still so much to see and do. Museums, palaces and parks Oct. 25 await. I’ll host one more walking tour of the Marais and Montmartre today or you can go explore and shop on your own. We’ll host a Gala Farewell Dinner tonight at the opulent Train Bleu restaurant.
