The Terms & Conditions of your Office Service Agreement states: During the term of this Agreement, Client will maintain with a respectable insurer licensed to do business in the state and subject to CW’s approval (a) all risk property insurance covering Client’s property and (b) comprehensive general liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000, with CW, the Landlord and any other parties designated by CW named as additional insured.
