SHANE FUGAZY Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships Innovative Business Solutions In his current role of Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships at Innovative Business Solutions, LLC., Shane oversees sales, sales operations, business development, strategic relationships, and partner experience. He meticulously partners with premier vendors and carriers, maintaining a linear message and fostering genuine partnerships with partners and trusted carrier partners. Shane spearheads a unique approach and team for managing the complexity of lower revenue orders, ensuring profitability despite ARPU and time consumption challenges. With over two decades of invaluable hands-on and leadership experience in the telecom and technology industry, Shane brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique agent perspective to address the challenges of the partner channel. In his previous role as Director at Comcast Business, he showcased his exceptional leadership skills. Shane’s journey at Comcast Business started as the first Channel Manager for the indirect program, where he helped build what is now a Billion Dillar sales channel. Notably, his time at Comcast witness a 400+% increase in partner sales over a 12-month period, earning him recognition as one of the “Top 25 most powerful salespeople in Colorado” by CO biz magazine. With an unwavering commitment to innovation and a profound understanding of the telecom industry, Shane continues to steer the sales and strategic partnerships at Innovative towards greater heights. GINA STANDLEE Vice President of Operations Innovative Business Solutions Gina is an accomplished and experienced leader who serves as the Vice President of Operations at Innovative Business Solutions and ClearConnect. With over 22 years of profound expertise in the cable and telecommunications industry, Gina oversees all aspects of operations, focusing on post-sale to installation processes and implementation. In her role, Gina collaborates closely with carriers, ensuring seamless and efficient installations. Gina’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her current role, as she actively participates as Chair of Board Operations at WICT Rocky Mountain, demonstrating her dedication to the cable and telecom community. With a proven track record of success, Gina has a rich professional history, including serving as Senior Director of Enterprise PMO and Director of Project Management at Comcast Business. She has also held key positions at Cbeyond, Qwest, and other renowned organizations. Driven by a passion for operational excellence and a desire to constantly improve the customer experience, Gina’s leadership has been instrumental in the success of Innovative Business Solutions. MARK MERRITT III Regional Channel Manager Spectrum Enterprise Mark is a dedicated business professional with more than 15 years of experience in sales, with over 5 years of telecom channel experience managing partner relationships. He effectively creates solutions based on enterprise ethernet connectivity, cloud management, security, and consultative selling solutions that meet customer needs. Customer satisfaction is Mark’s top priority by enabling partners the tools to win business for their customers. CHRIS PERRY Director, Channel Sales West Region Spectrum Business Chris is a driven, focused, energetic leader with an eye for the big pic- ture, yet also a talent for details. He has a strong history of sales, ana- lytics, marketing, and reporting experience, along with a proven track record in providing mission critical results. As a Sales Director for Spectrum, he’s responsible for enabling Sales Managers to support their valued partners and drive new sales revenue for the indirect sales channel for the Spectrum Channel Partner Pro- gram. He focuses his efforts in the West part of the country. JOHN MUSCARELLA Vice President of Channel Sales Cox Business As Vice President, Channel Sales at Cox Business, John is responsible for Indirect Sales Channels including sales, strategy, and operational support. His team has the primary responsibility to develop, implement, and sell solutions utilizing the Cox Communications network and RapidScale cloud solutions throughout the country. John has more than 25 years of experience in business management, which includes sales and leadership positions with companies such as Polycom and Sprint John successfully re-launched the national indirect sales channels, which included the partner relationship management platform, profitability analysis, and operational alignment with sales and order management. Established agreements with national distributors and VARs. The team’s efforts resulted in 55% revenue growth over two years and contributed in excess of $100M in incremental new revenue. John holds both a M.B.A. from Penn State and B.S. in Computer Science from Shippensburg University. He is the co-chair for Cox Business’s Actions Speaks. He has been recognized in the industry and awarded the Visionary Award and Top Gun Award in 2019. In addition, John has been recognized by CRN in 2019, 2020, and 2021 as a Top Channel Chief. He resides in Leesburg, Virginia with his wife Sharon and their two dogs Molly and Daisy. Outside of work, John is engaged with LAWS (Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter), Loudoun Impact Fund, and Loudoun Golf & Country Club. JIM McGARRY North America Strategic Channel Leader Zoom Video Communications Jim leads Zoom’s strategic partner channel in the United States. He has lead technology sales and channel teams for the last 15 years to include companies like Comcast, ShorTel, and Mitel prior to joining Zoom in 2021. Jim’s knowledge of both Technology Service Distributors and traditional distribution models has been a valuable asset to Zoom as they continue to build out Zoom’s partner ecosystem. SCOTT FORBUSH Vice President Channel Sales - West Nextiva Scott is a heavy-hitting industry veteran with over 20 years of experi- ence; he has worked at companies such as Integra, Zayo, Telarus, and, most importantly, PPT Solutions. He has a track record of leading sales teams to exceed their revenue tar- gets consistently and has garnered many awards in the process. It’s safe to say Scott brings ‘Amazing’ to work every day! JARED PANGRETIC SVP of Sales, Americas Pax8 As Senior Vice President of Sales, Jared is responsible for the success of the Pax8 Sales organization. His team drives new partner activations, increased license adoption, and strengthened partner relationships. He develops efficient programs and processes for his team, catalyzing a heightened partner experience. Under his leadership, Pax8 made or- ganizational enhancements to the Sales Team by implementing a new Channel Account Manager (CAM) model. Partners now have a dedicat- ed account representative and a team of consultants focusing on each technology stack, enabling them to better position, sell, and support solutions. These include, but are not limited to: For Overflow/BPO Partnerships, Alex is leading strategy and execution for annual operating plans and PnL management. Overseeing all BPO’s – both nearshore and offshore – spanning over 5 countries and multiple states. He works directly with C-Suite/executive leaders to stand up new relationships, maintain current partnerships and improve monetization of call routing. He’s responsible for all contract negotiations and works directly with executive leadership and in-house council to execute all BPO agreements – IO’s, MSA’s, SOW’s, amendments, red-lines, etc. He plays a crucial role in contract evaluations and adjustments with a proven track record of finding unrealized revenue, greater ROI and creating long- standing relationship with brand partners and clients. JEFF PRATT Vice President of Strategic Alliances ClearConnect Jeff is a seasoned sales channel leader in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships and operational execution. As Vice President of Strategic Alliances at ClearConnect, he is responsible for generating external and internal lead volume for connectivity services. Prior to ClearConnect, Jeff served as a Director of Partner Sales & Strategy for Charter Communications, where he oversaw the Authorized Partner Sales Channel for residential sales. He also held sales executive roles at Ibex as Vice President, Strategic Sales Partners, and Time Warner Cable as Director, TWC Stores. Jeff began his career in retail marketing at DISH on the satellite side of the business. In his personal life, Jeff resides in Colorado with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching football, competing in triathlons, and living an active lifestyle.
