Home isolation was required for you from 12/2 8 /2021 through 01/07 /2022 B ecause you have been fever free for at least 24 hours and your symptoms have improved during this time, you are now released from isolation by the Alexandria Health Department for this COVID - 19 infection. You have been determined to be no longer contagious. You may stop monitoring your health and resume your normal activities. If you mus t travel and you need documentation that you have recovered from COVID - 19, this letter, along with a copy of your positive COVID - 19 test result, can be used as documentation for travel in the 90 days after the date of your positive test. All Virginians ar e strongly encouraged to continue to follow recommendations to slow the spread of COVID - 19 provided on the CDC website ( www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019 - ncov ) and monitor for any signs or sym ptoms of illness.
