I let you fill out a questionnaire and complete two tests to get some information about your current situation 2. I then use compassionate enquiry to get a more profound understanding of where youʼre at. 3. Together, we decide on what good looks like in terms of our sessions and your process. 4. Based on our plan, I apply appropriate concepts and techniques - ensuring that we follow our plan but also leave room for what is unfolding in the very moment. 5. We regularly evaluate how the process is going. How do I make sure I do not forget what we have discussed during sessions? With your approval, I transcribe our sessions. Afterwards, I send you an overview of points discussed and the action plan we have agreed on. What if I am struggling financially at the moment?
