Small Circles, Big Difference - Wells, Fountains and Fire Pits The builds players copy most are often the smallest. A filled diameter 5 circle is just 21 blocks, yet it makes a perfect well base, a fire pit rim or the bottom tier of a fountain. Add a diameter 7 outline around it and you have a plaza feature that looks planned, not placed. For fountains, build the filled 5 as the basin floor, ring it with a diameter 7 outline of stone bricks, and let one water source in the centre do the rest. For fire pits, swap the centre block for a campfire and ring it with the same 7-wide outline in polished deepslate. Small circles are also the safest way to practise: five minutes, one chart, and the counting habit sticks. Plan your own circle here: Read more
