An email will be received in your Inbox, such as this one: One or more documents will display in the bulleted list. By clicking on each one you will be redirected to the upload screen for each document requested. See the Uploading Documents section for more details. Suppliers have a grace period to respond to a Request before reminder emai ls will automatically be sent out on a predetermined frequency. Uploading Documents The cornerstone of Supplier Compliance Management is organizing compliance documents into projects. A project will request a series of documents. Any document that has be en requested will display as required: By clicking on the Action b utton you can upload a document and enter its metadata. The title and the Document Type will be defaulted to what will fulfill the project task. The Title, Description, Issue Date and Exp iration Date may be overwritten from any defaults. Simply drag and drop the file from your file system into the Upload Files area or click on the area to display a file select prompt in the browser. Once a document is uploaded, the Task will change to a Pending state in Yellow. The Corporate user must review and either Accept or Reject the supplied document. In the case a document is accepted no further action is required. In the case a document is rejected, a new request will be made. Once a project i s finished, its status will change to Completed in Green. Updating an existing document In case you want to provide an update to an existing document you can simply do so using the “ Update ” button in the document task. Once you hav e added a document you will be asked if this should update an replace the previous document version or if it should be added as an additio nal document. For updates, select the “ replace old documents ” option. Filling a questionnaire In case a request for a web - based questionnaire is sent, click on the “ Fill ” button to start answeri ng the questionnaire Every progress is saved automatically . You can lea ve the questionnaire at any time in case you don ́t have the time or the answers to all the questions and continue with it later. Clicking th e Submit button will finalize the questionnaire and send it to th e requester A pop - up wind ow with remarks may occure but this does not block the submission of the questionnaire. Comments All Tasks in a project can receive Comments and can be initiated by any user. Simply click on the Comments button and a field will expand. Click on Add Comment: A Rich Text editor similar to Microsoft Word will appear: Enter your comment in the body of the editor and click Save: etplace.
