Bren Bikes is an in - house training programme where our beneficiaries are supported on an intensive basis by our Bren Bikes supervisor during an 8 week placement. The Bren Project is teaming up with Hoole United Reformed Church to use their kitchen and community space to build a coffee shop/ tea room where beneficiaries can learn barista and hospitality skills. W eekly sessions in Chester, supporting local people in recovery from addiction and those living with a mental health conditions to transform their lives through movement, creativity and connection. For regular attendees, we also offer a progression pathway to develop skills further. Spider Project is an award winning creative arts & wellbeing recovery project established in 2007. We recognise the significant challenges faced on the journey of recovery and wellbeing. Our mission is to empower individuals by providing a wide range of creative arts courses, holistic therapies, and physical exercise sessions. Radiate Arts CIC is an inclusive, not - for - profit company p roviding creative experiences has enabled us to support Armed Forces Veterans, families who are victims of domestic abuse, women experiencing perinatal depression, people in recovery from addiction, LGBTQ+ groups, older people who are isolated, and younger people who are managing their anxiety and depression. • True Colours - Creative workshops, experiences and events promoting positivity, inclusivity and well - being for the LGBTQ+ community in Cheshire. • Art Therapy - Art Therapy provides a supportive, safe and confidential space for participants to explore and express their feelings through visual expression. Available one - to - one or in groups. • Hidden Histories - Hidden Histories is a social history project funded by the UKSPF (United Kingdom Social Prosperity Fund) and Ann Duchess of Westminster Fund, engaging local older people and their families, some of whom are living with Dementias.
