LAREDO COUNTRY CLUB Junior Policy 2025 This Junior Policy applies to all dependent members (ages 17 and under) and their parents or guardians using the facilities at Laredo Country Club. The Member is responsible for the behavior and actions of their dependents and guest. Staff is not responsible for the direct supervision or safeguarding of children. Dependent Members are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner, adhering to all rules and the instructions given by staff. Guidelines: 1. Designated Areas: o Family Diner & Patio o Poolside Restaurant, Athletic Field & Tennis Area o Practice Greens & Golf Practice Facility 2. Curfew: o Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 P.M.; Sunday 7:00 PM Please note, the designated areas for dependents and guests close at these times. o Last call for orders is 30 minutes prior to closing time to comply with curfew. 3. Age-Related Restrictions: o Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian unless participating in club activities such as lessons, camps, clinics, or classes. o Children aged 13 and older may be unaccompanied but must adhere to the designated areas. 4. Local Accompanied Junior Guest Policy: o 2 times per month. Guest must be registered at the Welcome Center. 5. Restricted Areas: o Minors are NOT allowed in the Locker Rooms and Fitness Center. o Bicycles and scooters are prohibited to use on premise. They can be walked over and parked by the Tennis Pro Shop bike rack. o The club is NOT responsible for any lost articles. 6. Golf Cart Usage: o Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the club premises. 7. Unacceptable Behavior: o Fighting, Horseplaying, Bullying, Foul Language, and/ or Loitering 8. Disciplinary Actions: In cases where junior members violate club policies or exhibit inappropriate behavior, the following steps will be taken based on the severity: o First Offense: Written warning will be issued. The parent will be contacted, and/or the child may be asked to leave the premises. o Second Offense: The parent will be contacted. The child may face suspension for a period of time and/or a fine may be imposed. o Third Offense: The child and parent will be asked to appear before the Board of Governors which may result in extended suspension or membership revocation. 9. Centralized Pick Up: If you are contacted by club staff to pick up your child, the pick- up area will be in front of the roundabout by the pool. The goal of this Junior Policy is to promote a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all members and guests.
