Remove and dispose of damaged white roof coating, deteriorated base/underlayment, and compromised plywood sheathing. Replace plywood decking with structural-grade plywood (CDX or better, matching existing thickness, pressure-treated as required); fasten securely and seal all joints/edges. Note: Cost per individual 4 by 8 sheet shall not exceed $50.00. Install compatible self-adhered waterproof base/underlayment suitable for roof overcoating; ensure proper drainage and address ponding issues. Perform professional adhesion testing. FINANCIAL STIPULATIONS Down Payment: $1,000.00 (Previously received and credited toward the project). Total Cost Guarantee: This Change Order/Modification shall not increase the total project cost beyond the amount established and agreed upon in the initial job contract without owner's approval.
