On January 24, 2022, the Board of Commission passed Resolution 3046 to authorize and delegate to Tory Gunsolley, Interim Executive Director of HACM, to sign documents, contracts, checks, deeds, purchase orders, and other instruments normally required to operate the corporation according to thresholds and standards established by the Commissioners. The attached resolution is necessary to open a new bank account and authorize signers on the new business bank account. RAD Sites (Formerly Public Housing): New caretaker at Los Ositos started May 26, 2022. Weed Abatement- Vacant lot being completed week of June 13 PM has received and implemented the OCAF for this property. Annual housekeeping inspections scheduled at South County RAD and Gonzales Family RAD sites. CCRC inspections completed at Salinas Family RAD and East Salinas Family RAD sites. Haciendas I: Property Management inspections are being scheduled and completed at site. Haciendas II: Property Management inspections are being scheduled and completed at site. Pending response from CTCAC for audit that was completed and submitted on 4/8/22. Haciendas III: Caretaker start date has been extended, will be housed in next two weeks. PM sent interest letters to all temporary relocated residents and existing residents of Parkside and provided the list of interested applicants to Housing Programs for evaluation. Housing programs will be providing PM the list of names of applicants that will be interviewed for PBV units at this site. RAD: RAD Rehab of remaining portfolio pending – staff is preparing a timeline to schedule phased rehabilitation of approximately 250 units.
