In search of the Best Nordic Walking Poles. Check out York Nordic. Lauren DeLong is the owner of York Nordic and an American Nordic Walking Association-certified Nordic Walking instructor. Lauren decided to design and manufacture her own hiking walking poles after discovering that most poles lacked quality, style, and key features for various age groups. The poles are sold nationwide and have been used in classrooms and health studies across the country.
