Unwrap your loaf and place it on a baking tray in the centre of your oven. Your loaf has been baked so should only take around 8 minutes to heat all the way through. First Course Miso soup, smoked mushrooms & winter greens Served with scallion & chive steamed buns Ingredients: Kombu, mushrooms, white miso, mirin, sake, apple juice, greens, flour, chives, yeast, sugar, sesame, soy sauce, garlic How to enjoy: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Cover the buns in tin foil and put on a tray for 4-7 minute until hot. In the meantime, warm the soup in a saucepan over medium heat. Just before it comes to the boil, add the winter greens and mushrooms and transfer to a bowl. Main Course Dexter beef shin slow braised in red wine with saffron & Parmesan risotto OR Thyme and brown butter roasted cauliflower with saffron & Parmesan risotto Ingredients: Risotto rice, saffron, Parmesan, chicken or vegetable stock, carrots, onion, garlic, beef shin or cauliflower, red wine, butter, thyme, rosemary How to enjoy: Pre-heat your oven to 180°C. Remove the lid of the foil container and cook your beef or cauliflower in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until piping hot. Warm the risotto gently in a pan over a low heat with a splash of water. Transfer the risotto to a serving dish, place the beef or cauliflower on top and serve with the carrots.
