Test Method: Viral RNA was isolated from clinical sample using Bioflux extraction reagent kit. Purified RNA together with standards and controls were amplified using Ozofind SARS CoV 2 detection kit together with Quant Gene 9600 Realtime PCR machine. The fluorescence data was captured and analyzed using QG9 600 software. The result was interpreted as Detected or Not Detected based on Ct value, shape of the amplification curve and with c ompliance of the standards and controls used.
