A utility driven NFT project by Elite sheep PROBLEMS These are problems/market opportunities in the NFT market to date : (i) Most current PFP projects don’t offer many IRL or Digital utilities (ii) Peers who are interested in NFT’s and Blockchain but have not been given the initiative or support to learn more. (ii) There is a lack of informative resources regarding transparency of projects, tokenomics, and the underlying technology that allow NFT’s to function New users entering the NFT ecosystem may not be entirely educated on the NFT market in general. This lack of education can lead to many negative experiences for the end user. Such as : (i)BAYC’S the otherside - users experienced a loss of gas fees. This could have been prevented if users were notified of the implications of high network activity on chain, prior to launch. The launch could have been systemized in phases. (ii) “Rug pull projects” where users are enticed into purchasing NFT’s with the promise of benefit, but the project site and details disappear. The value of the NFT becomes worthless as no utilities can be claimed. The consensus was that we needed to solve the following problems : (i) Offer multiple utilities that will benefit the user in the long run (ii) Offering educative resources based on blockchain technology, building passive income through crypto via NFT’s, and due diligence when it comes to the market. SOLUTIONS PFP + L2E To encourage people to learn more we will implement a “Learn to earn” system. Your PFP will be the identity and gateway to the utilities in this community. Rewards will be airdropped tokens. This feedback loop will further incentivize users to learn more and earn rewards for participation in our project, and most importantly the NFT ecosystem. DD + AS We will be offering Due diligence, market research, and an alert system available to the community in our dedicated servers, ensuring people operate and attain wealth in a secure conducted manner. TAT (TICKET AS TOKEN) Our NFT’s will be used for access to Digital and IRL events including AMA’s, Meet and greets with high net worth individuals. We also have implemented a tokenized raffle system so our users can enter raffles via the unique Metadata our NFT’s contain. DAO FUTURE After creating a community of well-educated individuals, the founders of the team will be delegating all decisions to all elected governors of the community via the voting system from our NFT’s. The community will utilize their knowledge and ultimately narrate the project’s vision. PRODUCT Elite sheep is utility driven PFP NFT project aimed at inspiring and educating the 99% of people who are interested in blockchain, but haven't been given the initiative to learn more. Via a tokenised raffle and ranking system, people will use our NFT's to allow access into education and insights of the 1% on how to attain passive income and build wealth through blockchain technologies. The unique metadata from each unique NFT will be used to verify access into the community thanks to the smart contracts written for our platforms and native site. BUSINESS MODEL Our Business model runs on recurring phases and derivatives. The smart contracts will be completed for each phase and any overheads will be covered by re-investment from each phase, as well as 50% of mint being staked. Because of the utilities we offer with each NFT, our mint price at 0.15 ETH for the 99% and 0.65 ETH for the 1% will be desirable for investors on the whitelist before each collection is released to the general public for sale. Our TAM averages around 1550 ETH from initial release (Including The 1% or the 99%) during our 10 Phases. The CAC should be roughly 15% of our initial budget. Due to recurring phases LTV will increase as the community have reason to stick with the project thanks to the utilities and incentives offered with each one. Each NFT is an 8K rendered unique PFP that has a variety of functions as mentioned in our roadmap and whitepaper. We will use Ethereum's Blockchain for our first phase. There are other options such as Algorand and polygon but due to altcoin volatility and less market share, Ethereum is the best and stable solution in order to scale this project to its maximum potential. Thanks to our skilled developers we will use Merckle Tree whitelist servers to reduce the Gas fees for the community. The release of ETH 2.0 should also reduce fees furthermore. TARGET MARKET “Average Joe” Breaking from the sheep mindset, 18-30 year old open minded males and females, interested in tech and blockchain and NFT’S. They realize the true power of digital assets. Does not have much experience with it but would welcome guidance and education in these areas in order to attain passive income and growth. “The Trader” Individuals in crypto space who are project owners, managers, people who make an income out of the industry by trading and involving themselves in crypto and NFT’s. “Elite affluent” Celebrities who are interested in crypto and promote it and Crypto whales or prominent inspirational figures in the industry.
