User Guide In the era of unconventional computing, bio-molecular computing becomes a promising alternative. Each bio-molecular computing has its advantage. Ribosomal computing is a kind of bio-molecular computing. Several theoretical works have been done using this computing. A generalized simulation model of ribosomal computing is presented in this software. This model can be used to manifest the effect of ribosome stalling over protein synthesis. The back-end logic is written in C language and the front end GUI is developed in C++ language. Here is the user guide on how to run the software. To read about more go to the documentation section. Input Window Navigate to the Input Window from the hierarchy. Select the type of operation, sub-type of operation and mode of input and give the required input(s). In the input window sub-type operation will be activated after the selection of type of operation. Input window will be in active mode till the execution is started. After execution the given input it be is displayed not changed. Please follow the tooltip instruction given in the input box. After giving the input please press “Go” for output. If you want to reset the input click on “Reset”. Output Window Always the output will be max of 8bit as it is an 8bit simulator. If the output is more than 8 bit, the result will be erroneous. After the execution the output window is come which shows the Digital output. After that, other outputs get available. Please select the hierarchy for the respective output. There are three types of output window. 1. The Biological output window gives all the biological data. 2. The Digital windows show the Digital data. 3. The Detail operation windows show the details steps of operation. The hierarchy can also be selected from the menu bar. There is a save button in each window to save the output. At the menu bar there is restart button to re-launch the operation again. After every operation, to repeat any operation, the software should be restarted.
