Developed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, the app offers an intuitive user experience that makes daily logging quick and straightforward. Built - in language options and personalization features ensure accessibility and ease of use for diverse, multi national teams. Users How to Install The App On your device type in the following link or scan the QR code: https://elfa - sparkle - log - 371176997597.us - west1.run.app/ 3 Once you are on the web app you may get a notification at the top of your screen that looks like this: If this does pop up, click the install button. If the pop up does not appear click the three dots on the top right corner and then click “add to home screen” button. This should then bring up the prompt to install the app as below. Once installed you will have an app with this logo on your home screen 4 Install The App - iOS On your device type in the following link or scan the QR code: https://elfa - sparkle - log - 371176997597.us - west1.run.app/ Change Your Password Once you have logged in to the app using your provided login details you can then change your own password. 1. From the dashboard scroll down to where you can see the section for “STAFF ROSTER”. 2. Click the search bar and type in your name. 3. Click on your user. 4. Under “FORCE PASSWORD RESET” type a new password 5. Click “UPDATE PROFILE” 5 CLEANER MANUAL W elcome to your dashboard. This is what your app should look like once you have logged in. Jobs Your assigned jobs will appear under “ASSIGNED CLEANINGS”. There are two job kinds, Once - off jobs and Recurring jobs. Once - Off Jobs These jobs will have a label that looks like this It is very important to note the text in red that shows the due date for this cleaning as these are scheduled jobs. Once the due date has lapsed, if you have not logged any hours you will not be able to. 0 hours worked will automatically be submitted. You will need to contact head office to have this rectified. Recurring Jobs These jobs are jobs that are assigned to you with a regular schedule (e.g. every Monday at 9am). Log Shift Hours Worked To log shifts you can either click OR If you use CLOCK IN NOW , a timer will start in the bottom of your screen. Once you have completed your shift click the CLOCK OUT button. Add in any comments under CLEANER COMMENTS such as key issues, injuries or supply shortages then click CONFIRM CLOCK OUT. If you use LOG SHIFT your screen will bring up the following You can edit the date and then input the hours, minutes and comments. Click SUBMIT LOG when you are done. 1 Shift Logs All your logged shifts will appear at the bottom of the dashboard like this: If you have made an error on a shift log you can use the button to edit the shift log for up to 24 hours after the shift has been logged. After this you will need to contact head office to make changes and adjustments. Download CSV Reports All users can download CSV reports containing different levels of data. To download a CSV: 1. Click 2. Set up the relevant filters if any. 3. Click “DOWNLOAD CSV REPORT” 4. Once the CSV report is generated and downloaded it can be opened and processed in either Google Sheet or Excel. Absen ce If you have requested holiday from the office and it ha s been approved your absence will appear under the ABSENCE section on your dashboard. If you are marked absent for a date you will NOT be able to log any hours or jobs for that date. You will also not be assigned to any jobs for the day that you have been ma rked absen t You will still need to apply for the absence through the usual avenues. You CANNOT apply for ab sence on the app. 2 EXTRA FEATURES Multi Language At the top of each user is the option to change the language that the app appears in. These buttons may also appear as flags. OR Currently the app is available in English, Spanish, Italian and German. Bug Report If a cleaner user or a supervisor user finds a bug on the app they can submit a bug report to inform us. Bugs and suggestions can be made using the button.
