We are Hiring OFFICE MANAGER Mrs Robinson's & Café FRIEDA are independent, female-owned & operated Restaurants located in Prenzlauer Berg. Our 30 strong team is in need of an experienced Office Manager to help with the smooth running of the business, HR & payroll & keep on top of general admin tasks & payments. The right candidate will be proficient in German & English, have some experience of payroll & pre-accounting work, know how to use excel & Datev as well as keep an inbox well managed and labelled. You should be a good communicator, able to work in a team & keep deadlines You will work closely with a friendly & helpful family-run Steuerbüro as well as our in- house management team. Face-to-face or video call meetings are needed 3 times per week, and a visit to both restaurants minimum 1 x per week but otherwise it's highly adaptable. Most tasks are digital and can be done on your own time schedule. You can also work from the restaurant space as & when you like and you would be part of a supportive, caring & dynamic community of passionate professionals from all over the world who all look out for one another. The work should take 30-40 Hrs per week & your schedule can be very flexible to work around childcare or artistic projects.
