Primary Responsibilities: User research & discovery ● From stakeholders to end - users, organise and lead sets of interviews in order to deliver a clear vision of the client objectives, strategy, ecosystem and end - users needs. ● Formalise the output of interviews such as ecosystems, personas, and customer journ eys. Ideation ● From the user research outputs, target the right insights and opportunities in order to launch ideation phases. ● Prepare, inspire and brief teams before ideation through creative, innovation, ux, and competitive benchmark presentations. ● Organise and animate ideation and brainstorm sessions. ● Qualify the value of ideas, according to the strategy set up and the brand value objectives. Idea framing ● Frame ideas, based on original insights, pain points solved, emotional gains leveraged, and describe its value. ● Co - create and define the idea value proposition, based on the Lean canvas principles, by analysing customer segments, reporting customer pain points and expectations, and contributing to the definition of a solution scenario. ● Engage customers in a co - creation phase. ● Describe the overall experience of the idea, and document it with a data driven experience ma p, including the user journey sequences, data in /out and KPIs. ● Describe the key contents and features related to the experience, their roles, key messages, kinds of assets, in order to define a roadmap and a set of prioritisation. ● Prepare and storytel l a presentation, as a short Framed Idea pitch. Concept orientation ● Describe and present every user journey flows of the experience, then wireframe and mock - up every step and screen. ● Set up sitemaps. ● Functional prototypes, ability to organise customer co - creation workshops along the lean start - up cycle (build – measure – learn) to refine the solution scenarios. ● Define final product SWOT. Production follow up ● Collect users' feedback from co - build workshops. ● Ensure the minimum version of the product is tested and ready to be rolled out to early adopters under operational conditions, following safety standards and regulation. ● Contribu te to the Early adopters change management set - up, from service level, support and minimum version of eLearning, to operational point of view. Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: ● 3 – 5 years of applicable Product design work experience ● 2+ years o f Design Thinking experience preferred ● 2+ years of Adobe/Sketch/InVision ● Aviation or airline industry exposure preferred ● Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and build relationships with leadership at all levels of the organization ● Must be able to learn and communicate the principles of design, iterative improvement, design thinking, qualitative analysis, and change management to a wide variety of audiences to gain the buy - in and understanding needed to effectively deploy the tools and successfully deliver consistent quality for consultations and/or projects ● Must be able to engage and inspire a wide variety of team members for quick and effective engagement ● Must be able to manage large - scale efforts ● Product management experience a plus Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Licensure/Certifications: N/A Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): ● Inspire teams through creative workshops and facilitate ideation and co - creation phases. ● Rigorously document every step of the creation process through crystal clear hi - end deliverables. ● Communicate, internally and externally, about our activities at SDG and evangelise about our design thinkin g based co - creation methods and to identify the right stakeholders and points of contact for a more efficient communication. ● Set up practical methods of sharing knowledge, ensure internal adoption, and touchpoints relevancy Travel Required: 20 - 30% lo cal or International travel expected Eligibility: ● Authorized to Work in the US Clearance: ● None The Company reserves the right to revise, change and/or modify job duties, responsibilities or working conditions as the need arises, with or without advance notice.
