We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our marketing team at one of the fastest-growing retail D2C companies in the US. Mott & Bow is a denim and apparel company. We boast over 30 years of experience in our industry and are poised to distinguish ourselves in the D2C & e-commerce industry as the main powerhouse for denim & apparel in the next few years. Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a Facebook Media Buyer to join us to develop and deliver effective paid social marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing the overall campaign, targeting, and creative strategy, optimizations, and reporting working closely with the client and our internal creative team to produce creative that converts. Qualifications: ● 3+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns ● Ad Platform Experience Required: Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads/YouTube or TikTok Ads ● Demonstrated experience in directly managing large and complex Paid Social campaigns ● Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills ● 3+ years of relevant experience with DTC eCommerce, paid acquisition, marketing analytics, and/or web platforms (Shopify preferred) ● Experience with AB testing. ● Analytical, data-driven decision-maker Key Responsibilities: ● Manage paid digital channels growth, including Facebook Ads, Google paid search, YouTube, TikTok with the goal of growth and maximizing ROAS ● Design funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users. ● Conduct multiple A/B tests (using dynamic ads or other strategies) to optimize campaign performance (targeting, creative, bid type, etc.). ● Regularly reporting results and providing clear client updates in everyday language they can understand. ● Collaborate with the team to optimize efficiency in all aspects of advertising and content creation using established processes and procedures Additional Info: ● 100% remote work. ● Only CV's in English and in PDF format will be reviewed ● Job Types: Full-time, Contract ● Salary: $2,500 to $5,000 USD per month depending on qualifications and experience To apply, please send your resume to: francisco@mottandbow.com
