Flip over cards and tally up your score! Rules: - The closer you get to the situation card number that's your score. - The lowest score means you win! Learning Objective: Teach effective ways of reducing stressful online situations by introducing relief options. Allow participants to create and try different combinations to manage stress. Cards Relief Cards - Relief cards serve as relief options to the stressful cards and their stressful online situations. This is done through a "relief score" on the back of each card which subtracts from the stress score on the back of the situation card. Depending on the round you can only hold a hand of a third of the relief cards laid out. Situation Cards - Situation cards set the stage each round by creating "stressful online situations" for relief cards to alleviate. This is done through a "stress score" on the back of each card which needs to be subtracted via the relief score on the relief cards Front Front Back Back Ex. Ex.
