Therefore, I, Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First, Decree the establishment of a zero-touch passenger baggage handling framework within all airports, airline operations, and transportation terminals operating within The Kingdom of Canada under Natural Law. Section 1, Purpose of the Royal Decree. Effective immediately, all airports and airlines operating within The Kingdom of Canada shall transition towards a secure automated baggage system designed to minimize and eliminate direct manual contact between airport personnel and passenger luggage. This framework shall include, 1] Automated Self-Check Systems. - Passenger shall independently print or digitally generate baggage tags, attach tags to luggage, place luggage into secured automated intake systems. - Verify luggage identity through digital confirmation systems. - No airport employee shall manually attach or replace baggage tags except under emergency security protocols. Article 2, Secure Conveyor and Robotic Systems.
