Terms and Conditions Customer Promotions Condizioni per i clienti – Promozioni per nuovi clienti Terms and Conditions - Customer Promotions Queste condizioni (di seguito: “Condizioni per i Clientiˮ ) valgono per le promozioni elencate qui sotto. Queste Condizioni per i Clienti sostituiscono tutte le precedenti Condizioni per i Clienti relative alle promozioni, comprese le condizioni speciali Refer-a-Friend di Trade Republic Bank GmbH (di seguito: “Trade Republicˮ ). Trade Republic può sostituire temporaneamente le presenti Condizioni per i Clienti e le promozioni in esse contenute con altre condizioni, che possono essere consultate dai Nuovi Clienti al momento della registrazione e dai Clienti Esistenti al momento dell'invio del proprio codice di riferimento tramite l'app Trade Republic. These terms (hereinafter: “Terms and Conditionsˮ ) apply to the Promotions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions replace any other previous Customer Promotion terms, including the Terms and Conditions Refer-a-Friend, offered by Trade Republic Bank GmbH (hereinafter: "Trade Republic" ). Trade Republic may temporarily replace these Terms and Conditions and the promotions contained therein with other terms and conditions. Chi può partecipare 1.1 Clienti Esistenti I clienti esistenti sono quelli che hanno un account Trade Republic aperto (“ Cliente Esistente ˮ). Eligible group of participants 1.1 Existing Customers Existing Customers are persons that have an open Trade Republic customer account ( "Existing Customer" ). Existing Customers, who are underage, even if they are owners of a so-called child account, are not eligible to refer new customers. 1.2 New Customers A new customer is a person who is 18 years or above, was not a customer of Trade Republic before and opens a customer account ( "New Customer" ). New Customers may, depending on the availability of a Promotion in their place of residence and their eligibility, participate in either of the three Promotions, the applicable conditions are described below. Each New Customer can only redeem one Promotion in total. 1.3 Eligible Locations and place of residence To participate, New and Existing Customers must be residents of a contract country, in which the respective promotion is currently being offered. The terms under which the promotions are offered are set out in the Terms and Conditions available in the app for each customer's contract country and apply accordingly. If an Existing Customer residing in one contract country refers a New Customer residing in another contract country, the Terms and Conditions applicable to their respective countries of residence and available in the app shall apply to each customer respectively. Promozioni e condizioni bonus 2.1 Promozione Free Stock 2.1.1 La promozione Free Stock è limitata nel tempo e a un budget prestabilito, che Trade Republic decide a sua discrezione prima dell'inizio della promozione. I Nuovi Clienti che iniziano il processo di registrazione durante il periodo della promozione partecipano automaticamente. Promotions and Bonus Conditions 2.1 Free-Stock Promotion 2.1.1 The Free-Stock Promotion is limited in time and restricted to a predefined budget which is set by Trade Republic before the promotion starts and within its reasonable discretion. New Customers that start the registration process within the respective promotion time period will automatically participate. Trade Republic will indicate in the App and /or on its Website whether the Free-Stock Promotion is available. 2.1.2 If the New Customer fulfils the Bonus conditions, the New Customer will receive a stock fraction (hereinafter as ‘ Stock ʼ) or an exchange-traded fund fraction (hereinafter as ‘ ETF ʼ) randomly selected from a specific pool, with a value between 5 and 200 euros at the time of allocation (hereinafter as ‘ Free-Stock Bonus ʼ) as part of this Promotion. 2.1.3 To receive the Free-Stock Bonus the following requirements must be fulfilled: ● The New Customer did not enter a personal Referral Code from another customer or a Promo Code when registering. If the New Customer uses such a code when registering, the corresponding Promotion will be claimed and the Free Stock Promotion can therefore no longer be claimed. ● Registration must be successfully completed and a Trade Republic customer account must have been opened before Trade Republic ends the respective Free-Stock Promotion (e.g. because the budget has been exhausted). Once the budget has been exhausted, due to the budget being fully allocated through bonus opportunities, Trade Republic may deactivate the Promotion. The Refer-a-Friend Promotion is offered for personal and non-commercial purposes only. 2.2.5. Referrer-Stock-Bonus 2.2.5.1 New Customers and Existing Customers can receive a Stock or ETF randomly selected from a specific pool, with a value between 5 and 200 euros at the time of allocation, (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘ Referrer-Stock-Bonus ʼ) if the above mentioned conditions are met. Existing Customers only receive the Referrer-Stock-Bonus, if they do not receive the Referrer-Interest- Bonus. 2.2.5.2 Restrictions - specifically a possible 90 days restriction with regard to the sale and pay-out of the Referrer-Stock-Bonus - are applied to the Referrer-Stock-Bonus as explained below in Clause 3. Questo non influisce sul bonus per il Nuovo Cliente. 2.2.6 Referrer-Interest-Bonus 2.2.6.1 A partire dal 12 maggio 2026 sarà introdotto un nuovo bonus per i Clienti Esistenti che invitano con successo un Nuovo Cliente in conformità con le condizioni di cui al Punto. 2.2.2. I Clienti Esistenti riceveranno un interesse del 3% sul saldo in contanti del loro conto per 3 mesi, a partire dal giorno in cui le Condizioni Bonus sono state soddisfatte dal Nuovo Cliente da loro segnalato (di seguito “ Referrer-Interest-Bonus ˮ). This new bonus will be granted instead ofthe Referrer-Stock-Bonus. 2.2.6.2 The Referrer-Interest-Bonus is only available to Existing Customers, who have already been a customer before 12 May 2026. Customers that complete the registration on or after that day, will receive the Referrer-Stock-Bonus. 2.2.6.3 An Existing Customer can only receive the Referrer-Interest-Bonus up to a total of 4 times, meaning they can receive 3% interest for a maximum of 12 months. Existing Customers, who refer more than 4 New Customers on or after the 12. Le modifiche, inclusa l'interruzione, non si applicano ai Nuovi Clienti che hanno avviato la registrazione prima che la modifica entrasse in vigore, né si applicano ai Clienti Esistenti che hanno segnalato tali Nuovi Clienti. 2.2.6.6 Le condizioni e le restrizioni stabilite nel Contratto Cliente per il prodotto di interesse si applicano anche al Referrer-Interest-Bonus. In particolare, il Cliente Esistente deve attivare gli interessi sul proprio conto e, se il pagamento degli interessi è limitato a un determinato importo del saldo, il Referrer-Interest-Bonus sarà corrisposto solo sui saldi fino a tale importo. 2.2.6.7 Non appena il Nuovo Cliente soddisfa le Condizioni Bonus, inizia la finestra di 3 mesi per gli interessi. Se in quel momento gli interessi non sono stati ancora attivati dal Cliente Esistente, la finestra di 3 mesi inizierà comunque senza che gli interessi maturino. Particularly, the Existing Customer must activate interest in their account and if the interest payout is limited to a certain balance amount, the Referrer-Interest-Bonus will also only be paid out on balances up to that amount. 2.2.6.7 As soon as the New Customer fulfills the Bonus conditions, the 3 month interest window starts. If interest was not yet activated by the Existing Customer at that time, the 3 months window will still start without interest being accrued. Once interest is activated, it will be paid out for the remaining time period. 2.2.6.8 In case of misuse or infringements of the Customer Agreement , such as depositing third party funds or funds above regular household quantities or non-consumer funds, Trade Republic can exclude individual customers from receiving the Referrer-Interest-Bonus. Pagina 9 di 16 Page 9 of 16 Terms and Conditions Customer Promotions 2.3 Promozione con codice promozionale 2.3.1 I Nuovi Clienti possono ricevere un' Azione o un ETF del valore compreso tra 5 e 200 euro al momento dell'assegnazione (anche denominato “ Bonus Codice Promozionale ˮ), selezionato casualmente da un determinato pool, utilizzando un codice promozionale condiviso pubblicamente da un'altra persona, come un influencer, un personaggio famoso, ecc. ( “Promozione Codice Promozionaleˮ ). 2.3.2 Per ricevere il Bonus Codice Promozionale, devi soddisfare i seguenti requisiti: ● Il Nuovo Cliente deve usare un Codice Promozionale attivo cliccando su un link promozionale (di seguito: “Codice Promozionaleˮ ) che lo reindirizza a Trade Republic. ● La promozione del codice promozionale deve essere ancora in corso (le diverse promozioni hanno durate e budget diversi).
