C.). Everything within this book are my [really awesome] commentaries, interpretations and opinions. I have been researching certain topics and feel morally and intellectually obligated to share my experience, methods, thoughts, and observations with other people. I do not identify with or as any political, economic, cultural, ideological, or philosophical label, inc luding any term or category that ends with an "ism" or "ist". Our minds and affairs are too complicated, dynamic, connected, and broad to be permanently limited to narrow categories and labels simplified via language. Narrowing of human perception and iden tity blocks the chance of exploration and awareness in new fields of information and experience. Labels may help with organizing thoughts temporarily, but the world is not static. Living by static, pre - thought categorizations and applying them to all times and situations is absurd. Every mantra and school of thought fails and falls short in certain situations where it doesn't or cannot apply; that's because they aren't realistic. Instead of gathering a neat collection of dusty mantras and labels in our mind s, we must gather them in our libraries so that the mind can go through them temporarily, take in the 'way of thinking' embedded in them to broaden the perspective, and move on with a trained mind. Ultimately, it is our minds, and not our mantras and label s, that are the case - by - case judges of everything. Furthermore, I do not conform to usual writing styles, due to their infusion with norms and popular economic or political motives. In fact, I fight against such lobotomization, in order to restore linguist ic freedom and independence. I do not strictly conform to any school of thought, as that would be a form of shelving and rigid dogma, and therefore result in a limitation of my perception and mind. Instead, I observe independent, repeated data and studies where no portion of factors or results would be locked under proprietary information. I recommended reading the Terminology section; some terms used within this book will be unfamiliar. This is a book about how the term and practice of theory (as in theori zation) function as an academic and political gatekeeping and abstraction mechanism. Theorizing, by itself, can impede pragmatism and lock one's mind and body into dormancy as a result of a circular confusion and deception. I'll also share my research abou t the inner contents of theories themselves, but without theorizing! Because we should be able to experience, discuss, and temporarily hold any idea in order to extract and analyze any situation; one simply needs to avoid permanently becoming the idea. The goal is to broaden perspective and perception, while disrupting the constant compartmentalization and polarization of the human mind, politics, culture, experiences, and life by the Junto. It is to provide a cognitive survival kit so that one can see clea rly through contaminated information and detect propaganda, psychological operations, and lies. In order to understand this book better, the reader must shed all of his labels, and emotionally detach from all political views and affiliations, and mainstrea m beliefs, old or new. It is not that every line in this book replaces a line of thought in the reader's mind; rather, it's a detox process where the entirety of information herein is absorbed as a mind expander, broadening the perspective and exposing one to censored information or any information that is deemed controversial or false by the mainstream. As a result of such exposure, the mind breaks free from any spotlight effect or confinement that is present due to the mainstream's limited information ava ilability and their pressure against contradictory information. The reader starts analyzing information from new perspectives, acquiring a beneficial and inherent doubt in mainstream views. This form of critical thinking relies on experience and an abundan ce of varied information. We no longer rely on curated, memorized, sensationalized, and outdated information to be intelligent; we rely on our own mind and trust it to process any and all information input correctly on the spot, even if we start from scrat ch. I've written this book in a way that the reader doesn't have to memorize anything. This isn't a school of thought or a theory. This is exposure - based learning, meaning I provide both the mainstream and the suppressed information, but from different ang les, so that the mind has the multi - dimensional reference points (Info Soup) to work with and come to its own conclusion by connecting dots (a practice that is shunned by the mainstream because it reveals too much). This is similar to weights in LLM. If so mething, like a thought, is so detached from reality and practicality that it fades away the moment we stop reiterating it in our minds, then it's better if it fades away; if it is of any importance, it will return. If a thought doesn't make any sense or s ound absurd during times of suffering, and only looks attractive and important in a comfortable person's mind, such a thought is not realistic. Thought is a process, and it should be dynamically producing practical outcomes for any situation. Doubt in gove rnments and official narratives (including modern academia), regardless of who currently leads them, is required in order to be a critical and free thinker. Unlike what we are told, critical thinking isn't about asking for citations or remaining agnostic f orever. Citations lead you to a preceding source, which cites another preceding source, and so on. Simply having a citation does not conclude truth or reality; in fact, it is a mechanism for proving your obedience and compliance with dogma and the traditio n of static thought. Authorities (as they call themselves) should be treated differently than everyone else; we cannot apply a universal, unconditional open - mindedness rule that covers them. Due to their position, which is a position of power over you, the y will always try to deceive and manipulate. As for permanent agnosticism, it leads to dormancy. So we must learn how to process information 'on the spot' independently, without putting our blind, rigid trust in brands, authorities, and other people. The r eligion of Science tells us, "We do not know yet, and you should wait for us to know". That "we" refers to them, not you. If you want to be a part of that "we", you must go through their mazes, adhere to their dogma, and 'gradually' absorb their ways, henc e 'graduate'. But that alone does not suffice, because discovering unique properties of our reality requires tools that get more expensive and rarer by the day. To achieve such wealth, you must go through yet another maze of dogma and conformity, spend yea rs in it, and finally have your right and authority for participating in decoding, experimenting with, and ultimately, knowing your own reality back. A great mainstay of mind when engaging with information is the ability to judge the practical effects (ou tcomes) of any information outside the paper, outside the screen, starting from its effect on your mind, body, family, community, country, and finally your planet. Instead of defeating theory with theory or engaging in never - ending dogmatic theorization, w e (as individuals) focus on practical solutions. Theory is good as long as it enables practicality. I’ve written and edited this book exclusively with care, with no affiliations or collaborations, including with/from any AI tool. I'm not suicidal. I do not take vacations to remote locations without telling my family and friends first. I do not exercise near the beach, inside the ocean, or in a deep forest. I avoid dark alleys, I don't willingly get into strangers' vans, I check my helicopter and car before getting in, I have no beef with anyone, I check when crossing the street, I don't willingly disappear or get locked in hospitals or quarantines, I don't own or carry drugs with me to sprinkle on myself after getting shot, I have no complication or disease that would activate just after publishing a controversial book, I know the dangers of wet floors and avoid t hem, and I don't have a dark history of corruption or criminal activity that would suddenly come to light just after publishing a controversial book. I make sure to avoid gas/CO leaks and fires in my house, and I'm definitely careful not to randomly fall i nto manholes, lakes, and rivers. Societal Cognitive M anipulations T HEORIZATION For a long time, people have questioned and suspected the mainstream, and started making claims. The Junto, then, started deceptively bundling and tagging these people together into a neat little category called "Conspiracy Theori st", and within it, created even more labels, in order to divide, branch, constringe, and finally shelve people and in - systemize their claims. The original purpose of these people, though, had it not been tainted, would have been to solve the problems out there in the real world. They, their minions, and gullible people take the claims to absurdity via intentional mass misrepresentation and absurdification, in order to discredit them. Some examples: 1. People's claims that NASA is lying about many things are q uickly taken (by them, intentionally) to absurdities, reviving the shelved label and theory of "Flat Earth er” , which is linked to “Flat Earth Society”; Flat Earth Society is a controlled opposition, which diminishes the validity and immediacy of people's o riginal claims. Afterwards, whoever dares accuse NASA, or comment anything regarding Earth's shape will automatically be assigned this group’s label without their consent and then attacked due to the association. There are serious problems with the Globe model, and scientists ignore the atmospheric magnification and human eye ’ s angle and perception, and instead, they create a controlled opposition , depict absurd visuals, and t he n attack their own strawman. Explore the ocean, go a round the Antarctica and film it without cuts, and then maybe, just maybe, I will consider that you r li ttle space adventures are real, and I will ignore the harnesses and jet engine sounds in ISS footage ; I will also ignore the fact that not one ISS member has ever thought: “ Let me grab my camera, go outside, and film th e space in a 360 - degrees manner, without cuts and edits ” But no, they rather flip their pencils around, carefully. 2. The claims of independent people who don't know each other, such as: "there are those at the top of society who work together to abuse the common people", are quickly bundled into a strawman label such as "Illuminati", and then the label is bashed and ridiculed due to its intentionally tainted, ast ray contents and associations. Among all of these, no one talks about our inability to investigate our suspicions practically, such as by looking at NASA documents in their building, and the reasons for this. The same people with access to such sites and d ocuments show up on TV and start speculating about possibilities as if they are unaware, just like you. Are we blind and ignorant? If you asked someone about a burnt smell coming from their house, would they go in, take a look, and come back to speculate? For example, saying, "I think it is possible that there was a fire, but many people say it was just an illusion. We are not sure yet and we can't wait to find out all about it". He was just in there! He can still go in there! Search engines and the media w ill no longer refer to people's original claims, people's names, their requests, or their practical solutions or concerns. Instead, they will keep re - inserting and repeating the carefully curated strawman label in order to absorb more people into their the ory cages and ultimately shelve people, rendering them impractical. Because once you have a label for a thought, you have accomplished everything, don't need to think anymore, and can move on, right? Every new claim and idea that is remotely similar to tha t label is okay to be fit in it and stay there. Once people join a group whose entire purpose is speculation and theotrics, they will start swimming in fields of abstraction without ever focusing on the practical observations, corporations, and the structu res right in front of them. Elimination of Originality and Normalization of Authority One of the major sources of originality - impairment devolution, which has caused a blockade of perceptions around the world, is science. Science has moved away from practi cality and embraced theory while invading and meddling with many fields of information, such as religion and philosophy. We now have scientific documentaries (in the form of videos) that try to convince the public that we know nothing about nature. To know more, we have to wait until experts find out. According to them, if you want to figure out reality, you must either listen to what the experts say or become an expert yourself so you can explore the world 'correctly'. To become an expert, you must go thro ugh a series of rules about how to think, interact with, and test reality, all of which are dictated by the current and previous experts. And due to the connection of science with economy and politics, you can only experiment with a really small portion of reality because people do not have enough licenses or money to perform expensive research. Today, those who dictate the economy, facts, and law dictate which parts of reality people can experience and interact with. The term ‘Expert’ itself is a label tha t fundamentally means a confined person who has fully memorized what previous experts have said and can repeat it perfectly. One does not officially become an expert by questioning academia. The extremely branched, narrow, and intentionally time - consuming education system ensures that people are confined into small portions of reality, such as “Cosmologist” and discouraged from stepping outside of it. Their life depends on it via job security, reputation, status, and authenticity. When was the last time we created a whole new language, a whole new worldview, a whole new economic system? We've been using the same categories and rites for centuries. Is it accidental that, at some point in time, we stopped creating and started consuming and repeating? I don't t hink so. Psychological Charge and Release In order to process and absorb the information within this and similar practical books, one has to avoid consuming it as content or using the programmed persona. S UBLIMINALLY P ROGRAMMED I N - S YSTEM P ERSONA (SPS P). Also referred to as "Sheeple" and "NPC", the programmed persona is something within all of us. We have all noticed it while transitioning from childhood to adulthood. That sudden darkening and shift of our lives from something simple, innocent, and fre e (at least for most of us) to a state of slavery, anxiety, stress, depression, and the eradication of emotions and innocence. This happens before puberty, usually when first entering school or having to interact with society for survival. Since the first day of school, the structure of school starts programming our brains by embedding the SPSP in it, even if teachers are unaware of it, regardless of the content taught. The persona is maintained and reinforced as we climb the academic maze, and it continues to evolve and expand greatly during work [non - ]life. The main effect of this persona is a disruption of our natural perception of ourselves and the entire world, including its proceedings, and creating a dependency on the programmer's feed; that is the p sychological aspect of it, while the physical and economical restriction of your abilities is also undertaken simultaneously. SPSP DIRECTIVES 1. Majority is the reality. 2. Authority and the wealthy, AKA the OFFICIAL, are above you. 3. Modern academia means intell igence, wisdom, and smarts. 4. Anything outside the mainstream is faulty or incomplete. Your reference point for reality is the system. 5. You can only fix the system from within the system. 6. You can only solve problems via the system. 7. The system is never the pro blem. 8. The system is natural. 9. Believe in a science that you have no say in. 10. Believe in scientists you don't know and obey them. 11. Believe in scientific studies that are based on proprietary data and funded by corporations and governments. 12. Science is about "Ho w", but it is allowed to discredit religion, and that is okay. 13. Scientific knowledge can only be advanced by experts who have leveled up within the system. 14. Science is proud that it knows nothing, and everything in it is theory. Theory, when presented by the authority is good enough to be considered a solid fact. But theory, when placed in front of the term 'Conspiracy', is misinformation. 15. Money and matter are rationality, while your subconscious and imaginations are insanity and lesser truths. 16. You can affect and change the authority via voting and politics. 17. You are in a democracy. You are free. 18. You are a label. You are a race, you are an animal (Homosapien) You are an ideology. You are part of a group. You are an - ism/ - ist. You are a passenger. You are a cons umer. You are a production machine. You are simply a passive cog. W ORDS AS BATTERIES They nest charged opinions and worldviews inside some words and define a subliminal trigger situation or event for them. When activated (heard), these charges release a nd emotionally activate you, blocking any out - of - line thinking, causing outrage (disabling clear thought). Whenever and wherever freedom shrinks, you can find these terms. 2. Slurs and stances against the entirety of Jews, Muslims, migrants , or Blacks These look tempting and give people an enemy (a label) to fight against. Some, as a result of the reverse psychology trick, assume that since the mainstream (!) is against slurs, they are doing something rebellious by repeating slurs in corners of the internet, and that their problems, plus the Junto will magically disappear as a result of their anger against other common people. It creates a divide - and - conquer scenario and simplifies all problems into a form of theory, blaming it on labels. It prevents collective actions and the unification of people against the main oppressors (The Junto). 4. Technology , Smart , Hi - tech , Modern , Futuristic , Change , Advancements , Discovery , Improvements , Updates , Success , Philanthropy , Experts Believe , Scientists Have Discovered , Studies Show , Authorities , Officials , A New World Order , World Leaders , Peace, Prosperity , etc., These create an illusion of collective effort toward something nice for the people, by the people, while in reality, the ~1% ( billionaires , c orporations, militaries, and families) decide the course of society FOR us and AGAINST us. Modern means "recent"; there's nothing automatically glorious about that. Terms like these enforce conformity. An obsession with constant change and updates, even wh en they aren't needed, teaches people to let go of common sense, depend on the next big thing, and do what others do, just for the sake of it. No advancement (moving forward) in human society is a natural event, as in "Times change"; it is always decided, engineered, and executed by the ~1%. They would like us to believe that moving forward is inherently a good thing, instead of asking, "what is it that we are moving towards?". 5. Credible , Reputable , Professor , Graduate , Served , Veteran , Educated , Famous , Celebrity , Officials , Authorities , Experts , Philanthropist , Entrepreneur , Innovator , Charitable , Einstein , Sir Isaac Newton, President , Heads of States , World Leaders , Representative , Global Health , Equality , etc., These enforce authority over you, undermi ne your independence, gate - keep your contribution to society, and automatically represent in - system conformists as superior. These are highly compressed conformity triggers that can be used to soften suspicion so that any information accompanying them is a ccepted rigidly. D ISTORTED P ERCEPTION The religion of modern science forces scientists to: 1. Be humorless and... 2. Always use evasive language in their research. 3. Always be afraid to actually say something. 4. Always consider government interests and be careful not to accuse them of anything. 5. Always use the same structure, vocabulary, and dogma. 6. Always be narrow. 7. Accept ignorance and be proud of it. 8. Keep repeating the dogma. 9. Ridicule peers who don't repeat the dogma. 10. Care more about your reputation and paycheck than the truth. 11. Never question their own dogma. Just pretend to do so. 12. Be okay with using AI, even though it distorts the documents. I'm really surprised that some scientists have managed to actually share some real fi ndings; it must have been terrifying. S HELVED M INDS AND P RE - DECLARED M ANTRAS Looking at the thought process from its origination point, we think and generate ideas based on what we see, hear, and read. Sharing the exact idea is not a thought. Human commun ication is about sharing that unique experience of ideas and the process of thought with others because our unique perspective is absent in any other human, even though we are looking at the same thing. Even a tiny change in any factor can greatly change p erception. So, how is it that we confine our entire thought process to extremely narrow labels? Take philosophy, for example; what is philosophy as we know it? What are all those books about ancient Greek thinkers and their ideas? Aren’t those exactly that : ideas and thoughts shared? Why do we stop thinking, stop sharing, and forming our own ideas, and instead confine our entire worldview or morals to their ideas and say, “We’re done”? Did anyone ever say that we've done enough thinking and now it's time to idolize, label, and adhere? When did this law of no more originality, no more unique perspectives, take effect? This chapter focuses on this issue and its various branches. You're discussing something with someone, and you happen to mention something that has been said before by a Communist (I do not agree with labels; just bear with me). He immediately responds: "Right, that's part of the Communist belief. ” Such discussion is the peak of self - sabotage, because the label "Communism" absorbs a thought due t o similarity and puts an end to any follow - ups. Because someone has already spoken of what you're speaking of, your discussion is now shelved, and you're absorbed into the group "Communism". This is immediate categorization of you and your thought, not all owing expansion of mind, and also creating division. No matter what you talk about, there will be someone responding with: "Oh right, person X [or] group X believes that", believing that simply by mentioning an overlap of thought, what you are saying is no w useless, outdated, or impractical and doesn't need to be explored anymore because the experts and famous people have already done it. This behavior creates a false sense of knowledge and accomplishment through mere recognition, enforces updates on though ts as values, labels and groups people against their will, and creates division. A better behavior would be to simply talk and discuss without trying to gain value or infamy by attaching to any famous person or school of thought. This behavior also locks i n all discussions in neat labels and shelves them. There are new isms and ists being created every day to simply categorize people and move on. For example, a person is labeled "Conspiracy Theorist", implying that all they do is create theories and that th ey belong to a group of other people with the same label, despite the unfamiliarity and differences between them. Pre - declared Mantras are static decisions made and held as a determining factor in a future scenario. For example, one pre - declares himself a s a "Leftist", and automatically rejects every idea and action from someone who has pre - declared himself as a "Rightist". This practice is self - sabotaging and illogical because humans are not machines with predetermined outcomes. If we keep believing that smiling people are kind, for example, criminals who smile will deceive us. If we keep believing that fame equals corruption, we will be misjudged during fame. If we keep believing that fame equals success, we will miss out on different accomplishments. It is of great importance to keep statistics in mind, but always remember that you are a mind, unlimited by simple and narrow labels. In this way, we can have a general idea about everything without being so rigid and falling victim to statistical anomalies. It is wrong to live by sayings such as: "Work Hard", because one day you might get stuck working hard on the wrong subject. Such sayings are static and don't always apply. Nothing ever applies to everything, which is why we shouldn't pause our minds. We sh ould keep a record of related possibilities and statistics while deciding on a case - by - case manner. R EVERSE AND M ETA - P SYCHOLOGY Contemplating: 1: On a planet where overpopulation is considered a problem, if you think a virus is natural, you will be afrai d and seek a solution. You are taught what viruses and vaccines look like, by the government, prior to the virus, via education and media; if you are dependent, you will accept the mechanism and the solution, which is already overwhelmingly offered by the system; that solution is then not guaranteed to be an actual solution, and if it were harmful, it could. 2. If you believe that such a virus originates from another, hostile country, you will be much more careful compared to normal situations, and more lik ely to believe your own government and accept its solution faster; that solution is still not guaranteed to be an actual or harmless one. 3: If you always believe the opposite of the mainstream, you will think there is no such virus and it is all a hoax. Y ou are more likely to not wear masks, touch surfaces, and expose yourself. It is not guaranteed that there is no virus, and that your exposure will not end in harm. 4: If you listen to medical advice from the internet without proper research, it is not g uaranteed to be harmless or harmful, and testing is too risky. In all four scenarios, you are never sure, because you are kept uninformed and limited for decades, and you are in danger, because: 1. you depend on their explanations and solutions; 2. you d epend on the benevolence and honesty of your government; 3. your decision still depends on what they are telling you, even as you are dedicated to doing the opposite; and 4. you depend on others without research, and even if you were to research, the infor mation is all tainted with lies, gatekeeping, and jargon; you wouldn't have the equipment or money to test anything either. If you stay home and isolate yourself, you may be in the most secure situation, but at the cost of complying with the system and rei nforcing it from another angle. So, to translate the entire model: "You either comply or die." I think that since we are sure that overpopulation always happens, and we are sure and have the proof that governments enjoy killing people (Nuclear bombing of J apan, World Wars, Local Wars, etc.), and we know that viruses are dangerous, and that the science of engineered viruses and the viruses themselves are in existence, the best method is to TAKE BACK YOUR AUTHORITY and INDEPENDENCE, protecting yourself based on the repeated, independent, historical knowledge we have on how diseases enter the body and affect us. This is why independence matters, and the real, practical science shouldn't be gate - kept for the elitist few; if someone were to decide to learn all the important things all of a sudden, they would be far behind, and the knowledge they need for full understanding Would be locked behind NDAs, classifications, and jargon, creating DEPENDENCE. Cognitive Expansion The only way to eradicate crime and build a better civilization, without enslaving all people, is the full and unquestioned empowerment of the individuals who make up society, and the preservation of their authority. Stupidity and self - centered, survivalist behaviors arise due to the relent less oppression of people and the seizu re of the planet's resources by governments, as well as the extreme amounts of deceptive and corrupt information being injected into minds by the media. It arises from personalized services, censorship, lies, limitati ons of all kinds, and the distortion of perception. Once a mind becomes limited to a certain condition without the ability to expose itself to ever - expanding perspectives, close - mindedness spreads like a virus, and there is no guarantee that such minds ar e locked in a positive state of awareness. Exposure to new, un - curated perspectives and information, and temporary diversion from spoken and unspoken norms, are essential for cognitive growth. Even though the restriction of freedom is yet another unique pe rspective to be experienced by an individual, the problem with it is its permanency. The expansion shouldn't be artificially forced; simply not blocking it suffices. Pre - expansion should also stay unblocked; if one individual moves on and deletes the prev ious options, he is indirectly forcing his expansion on others who are not yet ready. Some timeless principles we must maintain, regardless of scale (macro or micro): 1. Do not cause suffering to other people without their consent in any field. Consent is given directly or indirectly during special situations, such as medical procedures, gambling, boxing matches, birth, etc. 2. If it is required, immediately, and clearly helps with creating more independence or less suffering (for example, jailing a crimina l, handling a noisy neighbor, catching a thief, etc.), then it is allowed. 3. Planning for future chain reactions is not a good idea if the immediate effect is known to be negative. One example of this strategy would be creating wars and hoping to gain pea ce afterward, while ignoring the immediate suffering it causes. Don't play the selfless psychopath who's willing to create wars and suffering for the greater good; you have no right to do that without asking every single involved person's opinion on it. 4. Don't remove other people's independence (in any field) without their direct or indirect consent. Consent is given, for example, when taking out loans, enlisting in the army, enlisting in cults, enrolling in schools and universities, etc., where there are many restrictions and obligations. 5. Don't Annoy If you're intentionally annoying someone, you need to stop right away. This only applies when the annoyance is forced and there is no escape route for the other person. For example, someone can't simply wa lk up to you and ask you to move away because you're annoying, but someone trapped with you on the same airplane, for example, can complain about you. 6. Do not deceive or intentionally contaminate the information pool. Natural deception will emerge, which helps with expansion. But if you engage in systemic, prolonged contamination projects, injecting circular, looped false perspectives into the pool, you're wasting people's limited time and keeping them locked and limited. 7. Do not burn bridges. Don't alt er or erase historic knowledge, artifacts, buildings, or records. Preserve as many options as possible in all aspects of life. This includes the preservation of older music, books, games, movies, religion, occult texts, devices, systems, etc. Everything ad ds to the surface of exposure and should be kept open to the public as an option for study or experience, but not selectively forced. By "moving on", you're limiting the types of interactions that can happen between different points. For example, by comple tely removing old computers from circulation, you're preventing unique experiences, which may result in unique insights and outcomes. 8. Don't abuse the principles or reverse engineer them. For example, creating a dependence on a centralized network and es tablishing a monopoly with the excuse of reducing suffering, while, in the meantime, immediately violating the principles by destroying freedoms and creating dependency. 9.
