According to research , user s may find it useful to track their order as well. ● Research goals : Figure out if the app is easy to use and if people will opt - in for the sollutions it provide s. Research questions ● How long does it take for people to complete a purchase ? ● Can users quickly access the News feed? ● Can use rs quickly cancel the ir order o r contact the carrier? ● Is there any screen that leave s the user confused? ● Do people opt - in for push notifications? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Time on task (Purchasing the a lbum ) ● Conversion Rate (How many people opt - in for push) ● Error rate Methodology ● Researcher: Matheus Rodrigues ● Monitored Usability Study ● Location: Remote ● Using Figma ’ s prototype, users will be asked to perform task s such as buying an a lbum , contacting the lo cal carrier and entering the n ews feed. T est s will be held remotely using Discord ’ s screen share and v i deo chat features. ● Date : To be scheduled with participants ● Five participants , each completing the study on their own ● Each session will last 30 minutes and will include na introduction, list of tasks and a short questionaire Participants ● Participants are preferably Alvvays fans , but also music enthusiasts who buy albums regularly or consider buying them in the near future. ● Participants have been s elected from the Alvvay s discord group, the subreddit r/Alvvays and the Alvvays Archieposting Facebook grou p ● Two males, t hree females between the ag es of 23 and 36. Three participant s are from Brazil and two are from canada ● Incentive: I oferred each one a “ free drink cupom ” Since this is a personal p roject , i t just means that I ’ ll buy them any drink w hen we meet =) Script ● Introduction: Hello !
