Use the skills you learned with the sticks, strikes, blocks, but also kicks, punches, grabs and holds where possible. Move all directions and in different rounds for example 3 minutes. STICK FIGHT PAD TRAINING ( one holding the pads other has a single or double sticks) One is the pad handler and the other person is the Stick Fighter. The stick fighter has to follow the pads of the pad handler and strike the pads on commando. This can be done with single and double sticks also integrate normal kicks and punches where possible. In rounds with time limits like 3 minutes for example.
