#PetDanceChallenge Campaign Terms and Conditions 1. Campaign Name: The #PetDanceChallenge Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign"). 2. Organizer: This Campaign is organized by Hisense International Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). 3. Campaign Rules: • The Organizer will release Campaign posts on the main social media platform TikTok on September 12, 2025. • https://www.tiktok.com/@hisense • https://www.tiktok.com/@hisense_ksa • https://www.tiktok.com/@hisensesa • Participants are invited to imitate the dance choreography from the Organizer ’ s released videos and film their own pets performing the #OwnTheMoment dance for the challenge. Pets may wear Real Madrid accessories (optional, based on actual circumstances) to complete dance moves under the background music of the official Hisense x Real Madrid Limited Edition Products BGM • Confirmation of participant eligibility: From the date September 20 12:00 (CEST ) to October 17 12:00 (CEST) , participants must post their challenge videos on the TikTok platform, with @hisense OR ONE of @hisense_ksa and @hisensesa (based on participant's location) and the campaign hashtag #PetDanceChallengeHisense #OwnTheMoment included in the post caption. 4. Prizes: • After the Campaign deadline October 17 12:00 (CEST) , the Organizer will conduct a regional selection (KSA, South Africa) and assess fan participants ’ entries based on creativity and content characteristics. * For the KSA region, only users in KSA are eligible to participate , any winning qualification that exceeds this regional scope will be deemed invalid. • A few regional Creative Selection Awards will be set up, including: "Cute Cat" Award "Cute Dog" Award "Funny Dance Mistake" Award The specific prize for each award is an electronic Amazon US Dollar Gift Card (denomination to be announced via the Organizer ’ official social media accounts). *For the KSA region, the above prizes do not apply. The specific prize for each award is one official Real Madrid jersey • Winners shall bear all costs and risks arising from cross-regional use of the electronic Amazon US Dollar Gift Card, including but not limited to exchange rate fluctuations, regional currency conversion fees, and any other additional charges imposed by Amazon or relevant financial institutions in the winner ’ s country/region. 5. Prize Notification: • The Organizer will send the prize notification to Participants via the private message (or email) linked to their TikTok accounts. If P articipant s fail to receive the notification due to invalid information associated with the platform account s (e.g., disabled private message function, invalid email address), the Organizer shall not be held responsible for such failure. • Winning participants must provide relevant information (including but not limited to full name, valid email address bound to their Amazon account and contact number) to the Organizer within 48 hours of receiving the prize notification to facilitate the issuance of the electronic Amazon US Dollar Gift Card. * For the KSA region, winning participants must provide relevant information (including but not limited to full name, address, valid email address, and contact number) to the Organizer within 48 hours of receiving the prize notification to facilitate the delivery of the three official Real Madrid jerseys. • Failure to respond and provide the necessary information within 48 hours of receiving the prize notification will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer will not reselect winners or provide alternative prizes for the forfeited award. • Once the electronic Amazon US Dollar Gift Card is sent to the winner ’ s designated email address, the Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or inability to use the gift card due to the winner ’ s improper storage of the gift card information, account security issues, or non-compliance with Amazon ’ s gift card usage rules. 6.Eligibility: • This Campaign is open to all individuals of legal age and full legal capacity. • Participants must register on the social media platform where the Campaign posts are published and adhere to the platform's rules and policies. 7.Intellectual Property: • Intellectual property rights to answers submitted by participants and related content shall belong to the participants. • Participants grant the Organizer the right to use their answers and related content in global advertising or commercial purposes. • Participants warrant that the submitted works and related content are original and do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights), privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests. 8.Personal Data: • Participants agree to provide identity information to claim prizes. • The Organizer will process personal data in accordance with applicable laws and privacy policies to protect personal privacy. 9.Liability Disclaimer: • The Organizer provides this Campaign to the best of its abilities and does not provide any express or implied warranties. • The Organizer is not responsible for the actions of participants, including content posted on social media. • Participants are fully responsible for their actions and answers and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party. 10.Risks and Interpretation: • Participants understand that participation in the lottery may entail certain tax obligations according to the laws of their country or region, which the winners are responsible for. • The Organizer reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change, cancel, or terminate the Campaign without prior notice and assumes no responsibility for such actions. • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, supplement, or interpret the terms and conditions of this Campaign as needed and will publish updated information through appropriate channels. • Participants assume all risks associated with their participation in this Campaign and must not violate any applicable laws and regulations. 11.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: • This Campaign is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is conducted. • Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Organizer. 12.Ultimate Interpretation Right: • The ultimate right of interpretation of this Campaign rests with the Organizer. • If the Organizer needs to modify, cancel, or terminate the Campaign, it will issue an announcement through the official TikTok accounts of this Campaign (including @hisense, @hisense_ksa, etc.). Once the announcement is published, it shall be deemed a valid notice, and there is no need to separately notify each participant individually.
