Practitioners are able to offer initial assessments to anyone who present as requiring immediate support from Secondary Ment al Health Services. T his way of working has been set up to improve the crisis pathway for people with ment al ill health in the local area. T he HTT partnership with Ric hmond F ellowship has been est a blished to meet the needs of the local population.
