Once you join you are allocated a number and entered into the monthly draw – you could win one of two £25 cash prizes each month or the £150 bonus prize at the end of the lottery year. Your number is unique to you for the year. It is issued and emailed to you or delivered to the address you put on this form. You can buy as many numbers as you wish for £15 eac h. Who can join? How much does it cost? Anyone over the age of 1 6 can join. It costs just £15 a year. How will I know if I win? When does it start?
