Orange County Power Authority h"ps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDqv4y_LbS4 elapsed (me 1:23:41 of 2:53:50 Glenn Grandis , council member Um, what I am working on, and my commitment to our city is that there will be a rate (price) plan and it’s going to be a two - year rate plan that will be less costly than SCE (Southern California Edison) when we join in April of 2027 (when Fountain Valley begins accepVng OCPA ’ s energy) Now, I am one of five votes but, uh, my understanding is that this is going to go forward – that they ( OCPA) will bring back that rate (price) that was lower than SCE Um , and that rate schedule will be voted on a li"le bit later this year. So, in 2026 we’ll know what OCPA’s rates are going to be for next year ### What happens after two - years ? What is Fountain Valley ’ s recourse if OCPA ’ s prices go higher than SCE ’ s? Withdraw and t ry selling its power contract s ? What about general fun d exposure?
