When I requested 00:00:47.360 the body cam footage of this to try to 00:00:48.960 find the answers myself, they redacted 00:00:51.280 everything and they claimed it was to 00:00:53.280 protect the victims. However, one of my 00:00:55.600 friends set up a GoPro as we were 00:00:57.199 getting swatted and we caught the entire 00:00:59.440 conversation on camera. 00:01:01.520 >> Included in the warrant are liquor. 00:01:03.120 >> For 3 months, the police department's 00:01:04.879 answer has been, "This redaction is 00:01:06.640 important because it protects Josh, the 00:01:08.880 victim of this case." However, we can 00:01:11.280 clearly see that the police are looking 00:01:13.360 for Legos and they saw no Legos. And 00:01:16.000 they redacted this because they were 00:01:17.439 embarrassed that they made such a stupid 00:01:19.119 decision to swat the wrong person. They 00:01:22.000 were so embarrassed of swatting my house 00:01:23.920 for stealing the Legos that in all the 00:01:26.080 police reports, it is completely 00:01:28.400 redacted. The police department wants 00:01:30.799 this information hidden so bad that 00:01:32.799 they're willing to break the law to hide 00:01:34.799 this from everyone. The only reason I 00:01:37.200 know about it is because the receipt I 00:01:39.040 got the night I was released from jail 00:01:41.119 and my friend's GoPro that was 00:01:42.720 recording. So, even though I've been 00:01:44.159 asking them for 3 months why I got 00:01:46.320 swatted, they finally came up with an 00:01:48.320 answer, which is the Airbnb host told 00:01:50.799 them that I stole the Legos. 00:01:52.320 >> During contact with the Airbnb owner, 00:01:55.040 the owner reported overhearing 00:01:56.560 conversations about possible stolen 00:01:59.439 Legos. Specifically, 00:02:02.320 officers wrote in the search warrant 00:02:04.000 affidavit, "The homeowner also disclosed 00:02:07.600 that he could hear multiple individuals 00:02:09.598 inside the residence speaking about 00:02:12.160 possibly stolen Lego toys they had 00:02:14.480 taken. 00:02:16.080 Based on that information, officers 00:02:18.319 added a request within the search 00:02:20.000 warrant affidavit seeking authorization 00:02:22.879 to also search for and seize possible 00:02:25.680 stolen property, including Lego 00:02:27.680 merchandise." 00:02:29.280 Fourth District Judge Roger W. Griffin 00:02:32.480 reviewed and approved the search 00:02:34.000 warrant. 00:02:34.640 >> I always like giving people the benefit 00:02:36.319 of the doubt. And I will take the police 00:02:38.400 officer's word on this, but something 00:02:40.640 fishy is going on here. And everything 00:02:42.640 can just be cleared up if you unredact 00:02:44.480 the audio and let everyone see the 00:02:46.400 truth. Also, after we got raided and the 00:02:48.480 police officers found no Legos, all of 00:02:50.720 this footage has been redacted, too. And 00:02:53.040 my guess is if the police unredact this 00:02:55.120 footage, we will find out the answers 00:02:56.879 once and for all. While we were getting 00:02:58.879 swatted, one of the police officers 00:03:00.720 decided to injure me for absolutely no 00:03:03.120 reason. During Snyder's 00:03:22.800 detention, Lieutenant Addison Adamson 00:03:25.920 took hold of Snider's right arm. 00:03:28.000 Lieutenant Adamson later reported that 00:03:30.159 he felt Snyder tense his arm, at which 00:03:32.400 point Adamson moved Snyder's right arm 00:03:35.200 behind his back to place him into 00:03:37.120 custody. 00:03:38.480 >> The police department has made it clear 00:03:40.319 I did not in fact make any quick 00:03:41.920 movements like the police officer claims 00:03:44.000 I did. So, the police officer was lying, 00:03:46.400 but not fully because I did tense my 00:03:48.799 arm. However, he lunges at me extremely 00:03:51.360 fast before he even touches me. So, so 00:03:53.440 how could he even know that I was 00:03:54.480 tensing my arm before he even grabs me? 00:03:57.280 That doesn't make any sense. There's 00:03:59.680 only one solution. This police officer 00:04:02.319 has psychic powers, and he could tell 00:04:04.400 that my arm was tensing up before 00:04:06.000 grabbing me. However, this makes no 00:04:08.319 sense because if the police officer did 00:04:10.319 truly have psychic powers, he would have 00:04:12.319 known that we were not the thieves. Josh 00:04:14.480 and Brandon were the thieves. So, this 00:04:16.798 can't be the case either. The L indicates the image 00:04:43.120 is that of the left shoulder. I went to jail. So, 00:05:00.720 how could I have taken this picture? So, I will say here, I 00:06:03.840 don't think that the police officer was 00:06:05.360 purposely trying to injure me. I think 00:06:07.280 to a normal person, this would have been 00:06:09.039 fine. But for me in particular, this was 00:06:11.919 not good, but it was still unjustified. 00:06:14.400 And the police officer was just making 00:06:16.080 up an excuse. And now they're making up 00:06:18.639 an excuse to defend it. Another thing I 00:06:20.319 find shocking is the chief of police 00:06:22.400 even after reviewing the dash cam 00:06:24.479 footage says that we ran a stop sign. 00:06:27.039 >> Richardson initiated a traffic stop on 00:06:28.880 the vehicle for failing to stop before 00:06:30.800 the stop line at a stop sign and failing 00:06:33.360 to stop completely at that stop sign. 00:06:36.160 >> The chief of police looked at this video 00:06:38.800 and said, "We ran a stop sign." 00:06:44.240 And now he's using that to say this was 00:06:46.720 a legal traffic stop. The police 00:06:48.560 officers did nothing wrong. At this 00:06:51.120 point, we thought the best thing to do 00:06:52.639 was to take Josh to court so he can be 00:06:54.880 legally accountable for the crimes he 00:06:56.560 committed. However, to do that, we are 00:06:59.360 first required to serve him court 00:07:00.960 papers. So, we did what the law told us 00:07:03.680 to do. I got a process server and we 00:07:05.919 went to his house to do this the legal 00:07:07.840 way. However, Josh did not want to do 00:07:10.000 this the legal way and instead called 00:07:11.919 the police on us. Joshua Johnson 00:07:13.840 contacted police and reported he was 00:07:15.919 going to shoot someone as a result of 00:07:18.400 the ongoing harassment. Multiple 00:07:21.039 officers immediately responded to the 00:07:23.039 area. Josh was so scared of going to 00:07:25.520 court that he would rather shoot us than 00:07:28.240 accept these court papers. Josh's logic 00:07:30.880 here is that if he can murder the 00:07:32.720 process server and if he can murder me, 00:07:35.280 then he can get away with his crimes 00:07:37.039 because there'll be no one to sue him in 00:07:39.039 court. However, sadly for Josh, murder 00:07:42.080 is illegal. And now he just admitted his 00:07:45.520 plans to the police officers. The 00:07:47.599 American Fork police should at least be 00:07:49.520 arresting Josh for trying to use murder 00:07:52.080 as a way to get out of court. So, this is where I 00:08:09.599 think if we all come together as a 00:08:11.440 community, we can somehow convince the 00:08:13.520 American Fork Police Department to 00:08:15.360 unredact this footage so we can find out 00:08:17.520 why they arrested me and not the guy who 00:08:19.919 threatened to murder me. However, the 00:08:21.840 American Fork Police does not want to 00:08:23.520 unredact the footage right now and now 00:08:25.759 have made up a new excuse of why I was 00:08:27.919 the one justified being arrested. 00:08:30.479 >> Officer Sbot contacted the Marian County 00:08:33.599 Circuit Court in Oregon to verify the 00:08:36.080 legitimacy of the paperwork. The court 00:08:38.799 confirmed that the case was indeed 00:08:41.120 legitimate, but that papers had already 00:08:43.760 been served and no hearing date had yet 00:08:46.160 been scheduled. 00:08:46.880 >> The police department said the reason 00:08:48.160 they arrested me and not Josh this day 00:08:50.560 is because they called to confirm if 00:08:52.640 this was a real court case and they said 00:08:54.640 it was real. So, so American Fork Police 00:15:28.320 Department, if I'm your teacher, here's 00:15:30.480 your homework. First off, learn the 00:15:33.279 facts of what actually happened. Second 00:15:35.600 off, stop lying about the facts. No 00:15:37.920 one's believing it. The third thing is 00:15:40.079 unredact the audio that makes the police 00:15:42.240 look bad.
