Dalton-in-Furness Cricket Club Membership application form Please use this form to submit your application for membership of Dalton-in-Furness Cricket Club, or to renew an existing membership. Names of all applicants are required, along with a home address, contact phone number (home or mobile) and/or email address if appropriate. Don't forget to include the type of membership you require. Return your completed form to the bar staff at the club, along with your corresponding membership payment (cash or card payment can be taken at the club) and your existing membership card if you already have one. Membership cards will be available for collection behind the bar, and will entitle adult members (aged 18 and over) to selected price reductions on refreshments at the club. Please allow at least seven days from submission to issue new cards/stamp existing cards.
