Account authority Only the account holder can redeem or transfer points. Receiving mark eting communications You agree to receive marketing communications from Ultimate Pinnacle even if you have previously opted out of receiving marketing. Earning Points You’ll earn 10 Points for every standard lot of FX and Gold that you traded on your MT5 account. Y ou’ll earn 1 Point for every standard lot of oil and other CFD products that you traded on your MT5 account. Ultimate Pinnacle reserves the right to decide the eligibility of the account to earn points to shop at Ultimate Pinnacle Point Store ( UPFX Rewards) at its sole discretion. We m ay restrict selected accounts from being eligible to earn points, such as accounts that participate in other UPFX promotion programs. Timing of Points Accumulation The points you earned will be accumulated automatically at a fixed time daily at 1 2:00 (MT 5 time) according to the number of Lots that you traded on your UPFX account from 00:00 to 23:59 (MT 5 time) of the previous day. Points expiry Points you haven’t redeemed will expire after 1.5 year s Redeeming points You can use your points to purchase products that we make available to you on our online Point Store ( UPFX Rewards). After you place the order, the corresponding points needed for the purchase of your selected products will be deducted from the “Your POINT S”. Normally, the shipment of the products will be arranged 5 business days after placing the order. We are not responsible for any loss caused as the result of certain products having been exhausted or no longer being available to members, as the result of the delay of the shipment, or as the result of a fraudulent redemption of Points by an unauthorised person. Please only place an order after you have confirmed that you selected the correct product. We do not support unreasonable return or replacement requests (e.g., minor problem with the product, wrong order of the product or a simple change of mind). Suspending or ending your eligibility If all accounts under your name are deactivated by Ultimate Pinnacle or if you choose to leave Ultimate Pinnacle , your eligibility to shop a t UPFX Point Store ( UPFX Rewards) will be suspended. If your account is suspended for 12 months, your points balance will expire. We may end or suspend your eligibility immediately if we reasonably believe you’re misusing UPFX Point Store ( UPFX Rewards) (i ncluding if your use is unacceptable, unreasonable, fraudulent, or illegal, such as High - Frequency Trading, or if you otherwise breach your obligations under UPFX policies). If the account holder passes away, a family member or a person who shares their ho me address can contact us and claim the remaining points within 12 months. Your information You agree to let us collect, use, and disclose your information in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy listed on our official website. Changing or re moving reward products We may change or remove redeemable products in our Point Store ( UPFX Rewards) at our discretion. We may not notify you when changes are made.
