Certificate Siemens Key Development Expert (Software) Anuraj K.A has successfully completed the Key Development Expert Training Program and received certification. The program is composed of courses, practice phases, and certification at the conclusion. It is designed to support participants of the Core Learning Program for Software Architects by training experts in the field of Software Craftsmanship, Clean Code, and hands-on agile and lean development. Key Development Experts are able to create collaborative work environments and to act as mentors to other developers. To put this into practice, improvements in the field of software development were initiated. Appropriate internal workshops were designed and conducted to multiply the knowledge, inspiration, and mindset from the training. The entire endeavor was aligned with the goals of the current development project and reviewed in close collaboration with a Siemens certified Software Architect or a person in a similar role.
