Entry is only available to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older How to enter the Competition All applicants must: 1. Scan the QR code in restaurant to enter 2. Complete the competition form 3. Accept Terms & Conditions Timeline 1. This Competition starts on Friday 22 October 2021 and will end at midnight on Friday 5 November 2021. 2. The winner will be chosen at random by Zambrero Head Office and contacted via email and phone on Monday 8 November 2021. The Prizes 1 winner will win the following: 52 x single Zambrero burrito vouchers to use at our Zambrero Cronulla site only 1x 2021 signed Cronulla Sharks Jersey 1 x Zambrero Meal for you and a friend at Zambrero Cronulla with three players from the Cronulla Sharks. Terms and conditions Entry into this Competition constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions: 1. The Prize is as set out above and are the entire prizes to be won over the period of the Competition. 2. The date and time of the lunch or dinner with three Cronulla Sharks players at Zambrero Cronulla will be dependent on the Sharks Players schedule. A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required and the lunch or dinner will be set at a 1 hour duration. 3. “Free Burritos for a year” means 52 single burrito vouchers (one burrito per week) to be redeemed at our Zambrero Cronulla site only. 4. The total retail value of the Prize is approximately $1,500 (AUD). 5. Zambrero employees and employees of any of its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) are excluded from entering the Competition. 6. The Prize is only available for use by Australian residents over the age of 18. 7. The Prize cannot be redeemed, transferred, replaced or exchanged for any other form of services, credit or cash. 8. Following the selection of the winner, the winner will be notified via email and phone with further information to claim the prize. They will have 72 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide their details and claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by them within this time frame, their Prize will be redrawn and the winner will forgo all claims to the Prize. Proof of age, residency and compliance with any applicable laws (including COVID-19 legislation) may be required to claim the Prize and is at the discretion of Zambrero. 9. The winner must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including relating to COVID-19 and any public health orders). 10. Terms and conditions of this Prize are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of Zambrero. 11. The Prize is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 12. All entrants to the Competition do so at their own risk and the winner accepts their relevant Prize at his or her own risk. Zambrero makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of the services and/or products offered as the Prize. To the full extent permitted by law, Zambrero and its associated companies and any of its personnel (the “Relevant Parties”) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant to the Competition in connection with the Competition or Prize, including without limitation: a. any indirect, economic or consequential loss; b. any loss arising from the negligence of the Relevant Parties; and c. any liability for personal injury or death. 13. All entrants consent by entering the competition to Zambrero using their name in any media at any time or times without compensation, financial or otherwise, for the purpose of promoting this Competition, Zambrero and/or any Zambrero products. 14. All entrants acknowledge and permit Zambrero during and after the Competition to collect, store, handle, access, manage, transfer, use and disclose personal information about the entrant, including name, age and image, in connection with the Competition. This includes transmission outside of Australia. Any entrant may revoke its consent to this clause at any time upon written notice to Zambrero, however existing uses of the images and recordings will not be impacted by this revocation or withdrawal of consent.
