Motivation does not work you need your inner self and energy and interest to do it and keep showing up every day goals keeps us motivated and if you are doing a task then ask to your self that is this task taking me closer to the goal or not. Mental and physical health is Important than study but don’t use it as excuse. track the progress it gives you motivation to do it more and have a leaser focus goal like an Olympic athlete Breaks are important for mental and physical health but don’t use it as any excuse. Your goal should be smart and the follows:— Ask the thing that you are doing is going to get you closer to your goal ? 20% OF THE INPUT PRODUCES 80% OF THE OUTPUT:- Pareto Think about task which are worth of your time or not and choose smartly ex:- if you have a test and you are reading the text book whole week then it’s not a worth task Exam past papers are so much imp to learn about the exam and the topics practice past exam papers in exam conditions and mark them yourself and identify the gaps and fill them Do homework questions as they give you a frame work Before doing any task ask your self that is this that 20% work which will increase my grade or not(like: elon spent 8hr to write an assignment but he realised that he is spending way much time so in 2nd see he did it only in 2hrs) Reflect after your exam that is this from notes or I want to relearn it or I didn’t know that. Don’t read the information passively but learn and understand it and learn it actively ask question and try to solve them and learn By just copying the lecture notes or just writing them as our teacher Saya is not that good you NEED to force your brain to process and “simplify” the information and then write it as you understood it. Don’t sprint you are running a marathon so space your studies and go for it even if you fell unmotivated and do take off days.(you need to pace your self) Firstly, having a consistent and productive morning routine is super imp Set smart study goals that make you consistent don’t act like a fool and study 26hrs a day Sleep and exercise and food and your study environment are also affects you so do consider them – – – – procastination is a big problem if you are in a early state of it just use 5sec rule 5,4,3,2,1 and go to study or the most imp task Make a task list to do and if the list is too long break it down and then complete the task Use timer to time your study session and track your time every 1hr or 30min remind your self that what are you doing A reward system is also helpful do a task and then reward your self When your are most alert do the most difficult task and then in evening or night do more light task Perfection is the enemy just start the draft or rough model of your work and then improve it Study environment is imp clean it and throw out the distractions The deep pain can help you to study that moment you will remember and you want punch them with an answer. To get into a flow state first find a quite study place and throw away all the distractions Train your mind to get into flow state by staring with less like 30min and then increasing the time over the period The study environment need to be perfect for flow state like a library. Just set a goal for the session and leaser focus on it. Take responsibility of the task and don’t Balme other just reflect your self and make accountable for your own problem The more discipline you have you have more freedom Take responsibility and take actionable steps to improve Your mental health and physical health is more important then anything else.
