She trained at the Health Coach Institute specializing in brain and mood health. She is a facilitator of the Nedley Depression and Anxiety Program, and conducts various wellness workshops throughout the year. She has a background in emergency room, recovery room and neurology research nursing. Stress Resilience versus Stress Relief @thearleneambrose Valerie Williams Valerie Williams is a Parent Educator and Motivational Speaker. She worked as a Child & Youth Worker with an Ontario school board where she specialized in motivating students and supported parents to help them build stronger relationships with their children.
